I like that they had it at a discounted price. It was far better priced than I could find with anyone else. My interaction with them was good. They had a good selection.

They have a decent selection.

They were very good and efficient. It turned out great.

Lowe's appears to have just about everything a homeowner might need. They had a drain cover to replace one 18 years old. Perfect fit. They had lights that matched what we needed.

They were good, they were on time, and they seemed knowledgeable about what they were going to do.

It was excellent. Everything was positive, positive, positive. They were really good at keeping in contact with me. The estimator showed up on time. The quote that I got was almost 40% less than another quote that I got. They did a really good job staying in touch with me. The installation, they did an excellent job. It was one of the best contractor experiences that I've had in a long time.

We had other estimates and we were pleased with Lowe's estimate and their service overall. I was very pleased with the management staff, the communication, and the speediness of the work and the results. We were very pleased with everything overall and even the follow-up, so we were satisfied. Their availability was excellent during different hours of the day or evenings and even when the store was closed. We had a way of contacting them and if necessary their representatives would call us after hours, so that was reassuring to know that they didn't work just nine to five and they would call us later to answer any questions that we had. The representative that we dealt with went above and beyond to do things for us like we were his only customers but I know we were not. They were very attentive. The price was fair. They worked well with us in helping us understand what we needed based on the cost and in helping, us to purchase something that would stand over time and not just the physical features but long-term stability. So I appreciate the details that he went into, he would say if something was nice but he would also say that it would only give us so many years. He was very, very knowledgeable in his field and we were pleased with the price. I haven't been on the rooftop but it looks very well. During the initial installation, we had some reservations or concerns but that were quickly addressed and explained. It was only fall then, so they had told us it would not start out looking the way we wanted it to look initially but they said, once it warms up the shingles will relax or expand and they did. The color and everything complimented our home. We may look at them for further home improvements. We even got calls from them on Sunday, we didn't expect to get a call back on a Sunday, but they were very good. They took punctuality to a whole different level, they were supposed to be here at eight, and they were here at six. The installation people were here before the materials arrived and that was impressive. That was really surprising that they were here waiting for the materials to arrive and they waited patiently, so I was very impressed with that. Lowe's contract out their installation and I would recommend them to other people.

They came when they said they would be here. They were prompt and the gentleman who installed them was very neat, courteous and professional. His name is Bruce. It was a package deal, so the installation was included. The installation was fine but I though the product was a little bit expensive.

They are fine, I personally miss the old family hardware stores where I went in and got really personalized service. Lowe's tries, but they can't replicate that. I never know who I am going to get there, some of the people I get are knowledgeable, and others don't have a clue.

They are excellent. I needed a washing mechian in October and I said "I need something the next day". They called, they checked, they had it in the ware house, and they were there the next day with the new one. They took out the old one. We bought it on Saturday and they were there on Monday.

this service went incredibly well! The technician even explained how to have the unit inspected.

Me and my boyfriend recently moved into a new house and of all the rooms the bedroom and the basement had horrible carpet. I would prefer wood floors but I am kinda spoiled so it would have to be real wood and that is just too expensive right now. So we went with lipstick red for the bed room and powder blue for the basement. They came out and measured the floor within a week and then it was about two or three weeks before the carpet was ready. I asked if they could do it the same Thursday that they received the carpet and they did. I cannot explain how much better it looks in here now. Big relief, and yes.. I would definitely use them again.

By the time they had put in 3 countertops before they got it right. I will not have them back again. The third time, the guy seemed to finally know what he was doing. Not all their contractors are good.

I went into the store and had a good experience with them. They were able to get me that door that I knew I wanted and at a good price. They were able to help me set up the installation, the only thing is that I wish the sales person had been more knowledgeable.

We went in and set up an appointment so that we could get the design of the kitchen done. The sales man was very nice and they were able to get us what we wanted and for a good value.

The experience in the beginning was disjointed; no one really gave enough detail about what was going to happen next. You were transferred through many parts of the company before they got you to a subcontractor who came out to detail the door. The first subcontractor was rushed and rude. I made a request to have another subcontractor do the work. They were good about getting him out right away. He was very nice and professional, but again no follow up through Lowe's in terms of what step was next. I had to call the company to see if the estimate was ready and what step I needed to take next. Once the job was set up it went smoothly and the subcontractor did a great job. He cleaned up after himself and hauled the old door away Lowe's called immediately to see if the job was satisfactory.

Found they had the best price and delivery for the Maytag I was looking for. Their customer service is decent although sometimes it's hard to get someone to help you in the store.

THEY HAD SAID IT WOULD BE READY IN FOUR TO SIX WEEKS. I CALLED A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THE PERSON I HAD ORDERED IT FROM WASN'T THERE. I KEPT GETTING THIS OTHER WOMAN WHO WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. SHE FINALLY SAID THEY WERE TRYING TO CALL ME BUT IT WAS A RECORDING WHICH MY PRIVACY DIRECTOR WASN'T LETTING THROUGH SO I HAD NO IDEA THEY WERE CALLING. I WASN'T REALLY THRILLED WITH THE QUALITY. IT CAME IN 3 PIECES AND WE HAD TO PUT IT TOGETHER. IT WAS LACKING PARTS. THE LOCK ON ONE CASTOR IS BROKEN SO I CAN'T LOCK IT INTO PLACE.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. THEY CAME OUT AND DID THE JOB VERY PROFESSIONALLY. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND ASKED WHERE I WOULD LIKE THINGS TO GO IN THE BATHROOM SO THEY WOULDN'T GET BROKEN. THE PRICING WAS VERY REASONABLE AND AFFORDABLE FOR OUR BATHROOM PROJECT.

EVERYTHING WAS GOOD OTHER THAN THE FACT THAT THE DEADLINES WERE NEVER MEET. THEY WERE ALWAYS DELAYED. THE FINAL PROJECT WAS GREAT BUT THERE WERE PROBLEMS WITH SCHEDULING. THE FINAL JOB WAS FINE, HOWEVER.

THE WORKMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT, BUT THE GUY WHO DID THE WORK WAS CONSTANTLY SAYING, THAT HE WAS A BUSY MAN. SOMETIMES PUNCTUALITY WAS AN ISSUE, BUT THEY MADE SURE THAT THE JOB GOT DONE.

I THINK THEY WERE FANTASTIC. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL. THE GENTLEMAN WHO HELPED ME AT THE STORE WAS EXCELLENT. THEY SAID IT WOULD BE TEN DAYS BEFORE WE GOT A CALL BUT IT WAS TWO. THEY WERE OUT HERE IMMEDIATELY AND PUT IT IN.

IT WASN'T A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THE PERSON THAT INSTALLED THE INSTALLATION DID NOT DO A VERY GOOD JOB AND THEY HAD TO SEND SOMEONE ELSE OUT TO REDO HIS WORK. THEN I WAS HAPPY WITH IT. COMING OUT TO FIX IT AGAIN WENT SMOOTHLY, BUT IT CAN'T MAKE UP FOR THE FACT THAT THEY DIDN'T DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

AS FAR AS THEMSELVES, THEY WERE FINE. BUT THEY CONTRACT WITH THIRD PARTIES. SOME OF THE CONTRACT PEOPLE ARE NOT REPRESENTING WHAT THE STORE WANTS. WE HAD SOME ERRORS IN INSTALLATION. THEY PUT SOME BROKEN BOARDS IN. IT TOOK SEVERAL MONTHS TO GET IT RESOLVED.

THE INSTALLATION WAS HORRIBLE. WE CALLED THEM, THEY SENT A SECOND PERSON OUT TO FIX THE FIRST INSTALLATION. THEY RIPPED IT UP AND REDID IT. IT WAS FINE AFTER THAT. IT WAS THE SAME MAN WHO DID IT THE FIRST TIME AND I DON'T THINK THAT HE WAS PLEASED THAT WE TOLD HIS BOSS HE DIDN'T DO A GOOD JOB.
