Went perfect. Everything from communication, price, and job performance could not have gone better.

We called John to get a quote in having the trees removed. He came out within a few days and left an estimate, which was extremely reasonable. The next day we asked hi. To put us on the schedule. He told us it would be 7-10 days depending on the weather. The crew arrived promptly at 8:30 on 5/16/15. The crew had both trees and all the debris removed in less than 30 minutes. Excellent services and experience.

It went better than I ever would have imagined. The owner was on sight at the beginning and a few times during the job. He and his entire crew were polite and professional. They gladly answered questions and were willing to converse, but I generally left them to their work. They systematically started at the top, cutting progressively larger sections which were attached to the crane, carried over the house, and fed to the grinder. The yard and driveway l ooked better after they left than before they started. I hired them for a smaller job the following year. It was much easier but they were no less professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend them or use them again if needed. This was over three years ago so I may have forgotten some details, like the owner`s last name (John something.) But I definitely remember that I have no bad memories.

You wouldn't have known they were here, they did an excellent clean up. I called to have an estimate, and I wasn't home, but they came and did the estimate and left it for me, and they were prompt about getting back to me, and getting it done. The price was reasonable. I compared it to a couple of other places, and it was decent.

The crew showed up an hour early - not a bad thing. They were done in about 90min - they worked the whole time. Did an awesome job of cleaning up the yard when they were done. They even stacked some of the wood we asked them to leave behind, and took a few limbs of old debris that we'd cut off of another tree. I highly recommend them - they were very professional, hard workers.

I definitely would recommend Louisville Tree Services. Service was excellent. Jeremy was very professional. Will definitely use again if the opportunity arises.

This is the second time I've worked with Louisville Tree Service and both experiences were excellent. John (the owner) met us at home, right on time, to review the work and provide a quote. He was very personable and took the time to explain the process and exactly what needed to be done. Based on the amount of work, John quoted a half-day rate for the first portion of the work and was able to schedule it within a week. The three-person crew was very knowledgeable, efficient and the overall quality was excellent...including clean-up. Since the larger pine tree near the house was a lower priority, John offered to come back later when he had a crew in the neighborhood to save everyone some time and money. As promised, I received a call from John and the tree was gone the next day. Super service and quality. I will definitely work with John and his team for future tree services.

Called this contractor on July 30th, 2014. Jeremy came out the next day as scheduled to give me a bid. Two other bids were $500 plus higher. I accepted their offer on Aug. 5th and they promised to try to "work me in." They called on the 6th and scheduled the removal for mid-day on Aug. 7. They arrived on time, about 12:30 pm and got to work. This pine wasn't a particularly difficult job, but it's proximity to my roof and my neighbor's roof didn't leave much room for error. John, the owner of the business, emailed me their insurance information prior to my acceptance. I contacted their agent and she provided me with me with their Certificate of Insurance detailing their general liability and worker comp insurance providers and coverage limits which were substantial. The crew of three used a bucket truck and had the tree down in about two hours. A second receiver truck arrived around 2pm with two other workers and they ran all the wood through the chipper-shredder. They had everything cleaned up and were out of here by 4pm. They cut the tree down to the ground but I didn't want the stump ground out. The crew was excellent, and they didn't even charge us more for watching! Basically, I couldn't be happier with the work done by Louisville Tree Service. They were fast, considerate, professional and pleasant.

I am very pleased with the work performed. I am very particular about my trees and thought that the work was performed very well. They even cleaned out the gutters from past years. The yard was cleaned as well. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future.

I emailed John to get a quote for his company to grind my stump, and he emailed me back right away. He was very timely with all of his correspondence and very easy to work with. He quoted me a great price! It was cheaper than me renting a stump grinder from Home Depot and doing it myself! And...he came out a couple days later and was able to do it. The price was very fair and he got it done quickly. I would definitely use them again!

I needed to clean up some rental property and needed a small tree removed and an existing stump ground. John met me and gave me a bid and was super quick to get the job done. I am very pleased with the result.

I was happy with every part of their service. The scheduling process was easy. They explained what was going to be done and did exactly that. They cleaned up all the debris and made sure that their truck didn't damage the yard. They called to make sure that I was happy with the service and sent me a bill in a timely manner. What stood out the most to me was their knowledge and appreciation for maintaining a wonderful tree. They took time to analyze the tree and gave thoughtful solutions to prolong the life of an old tree. Other companies took a quick look at it and suggested cutting it down. Great service and skilled workers.

They came and had all of their equiptment. One of the men climbed the trees and then clipped/sawed off the appropriate branches that were over hanging our house. They then proceded to clean up and put the cut branches in their shredder. My husband and I both agree that they were professional and completed the job to our satisfaction.

They arrived on day and time of promise date. Trimmed all trees and cleaned up all of the limbs and tree leaves.

They did a great job and were very thorough. Their cost was really affordable compared to the other companies we spoke with. John, the owner, was very nice. We really liked them.

The work was fine. They arrived early to the job and they seemed very rushed. There was one part they didn’t do because of some miscommunication. They were really good about following up and coming back to complete the work after I called. I think that they were fair priced and they did a decent job for what I needed. The experience was pretty good.

This is the second time they have done work for us. The work turned out very well. John is the owner and estimator. He is a personable guy and always wants to do the most cost effective thing for you. I have been very pleased with their cost and professionalism both times that I have hired him.

Did a great job! The crew was very professional and cleaned up every scrape of wood and shavings to the point it is hard to tell they were there. The yard looks great and I highly recommend Louisville Tree Services.

To begin with I filled out a request on their website on the weekend. Within the hour John called me and we discussed what needed to be done. He had a quote very promptly and was very reasonable. We scheduled the service to be done and his team were very prompt and at the house by 7:45am. The team was very professional and friendly and made quick work of the job. They cleaned up all areas very well and I am very happy with the service. I would highly recommend these guys. Great to work with!

Owner came, wrote estimate same day, saved $100 as Angie's member. Advised to call LG&E to remove high branches to save money. Was impressed with the discount and advice to save money. Out of three bids theirs was best. They did the job I asked for in a friendly, competent and timely manner.
