Description of Work: Installed Cable to support split in trunk and cleared deadwood from canopy of tree. Employees were wonderful and completely cleaned up around base of tree where they were working. John the owner and Noel were great to work with and I would highly recommend Louisville Tree Service. I will be using them again.

Description of Work: They weren't the least expensive estimate but very competitive and professional. Had the large crane and chipper equipment to do the job. Several men in crew worked quickly and safely to remove a very large, tall maple tree that was splitting and hollow inside. They scheduled us on the day that worked with our schedule and were very friendly. We would use them again and refer them to friends.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate on trimming large trees in front yard and cutting tree away from electrical lines in back yard. Got back to me in a couple of days with estimate. Then came out in the next week and did the work.

Description of Work: I had a huge, 50 ft tree fall in my backyard and hired them to remove it. They had to do it in stages, so the work was done over three nonconsecutive days total. That was fine with me. I got several estimates and theirs was the best on price and they were very easy to deal with. They completely ground up the stump and removed the limbs and left the yard as I expected. There were a few pop bottles and a rake left behind by the workers but I just tossed them -- no big deal. I was pleased with the experience and would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: They removed 5 dead Ash trees....got contacted hours after I left an email on this site...they came out and estimated on the next business day....left me a bid which I sent back via email....they called in few days and setup a day and time...showed up even a little early...did great work and cleaned up the property ......hardly knew they were their....

Description of Work: They pride themselves on great service and you can tell. I received a call back the next morning after submitting an email request. An estimate was given within a day and work was completed the next week. The only issue I had was one small tree stump was missed and I assumed they were all missed because of it (I had shrubs/small trees removed). John called me when the bill was late and I told him I was waiting for all of the stumps to be removed to pay. I probably should have called him to tell him within this time, but I was very busy with work and it wasn't on my priority list. He was deeply apologetic about missing the stump and sent the crew out as soon as he could to finish the job. All work was completed and communication was effective, so I would definitely recommend to others.
