Description of Work: The office gave me a cost over the phone but the price I paid was a lot higher. The guy that did the work (replacing a lock and replaced the tumbler on 2 doors and Provided a key)first tried to charge me $250.

The owner came out on a holiday and on short notice and changed the locks on two apartments. I was impressed with his professionalism and customer service skills. He has the latest technology on his credit card machine and sent the receipt to my email as well as providing a paper receipt. I do not know if this was a premium pricing for the holiday or if this was the regular pricing. However, it was convenient and easy to accomplish the task desired.
