Ian was prompt, he brought a selection of measuring devices to detect hidden water, the one that worked best was a moisture meter, of the type that is used to test firewood. We found the edges of the puddle trapped between the foundation and bamboo flooring. We agreed to the terms of his contract to use an industrial dehumidifier and 3 fans to dry out the floor. He brought in the dehumidifier, plugged it in, flipped the power switch and... nothing happened. Ian then said "The women I picked it up from said it had stopped working," but he admitted he didn't test it before taking it to another customer! He apologized, tore up the contract and suggested I get a dehumidifier and fans and could do the same work I was going to have him do myself. My main issue was that I was on the night shift, I wanted to hire someone to do the job so I could get to sleep befor leaving for my next shift that afternoon. Since he couldn't do the job, I had to go buy the dehumidifier and fans at Lowe's, bring them home and set it all up, and had to take the shift off work because I did not get any sleep that day. For that reason I can not give him an A. However I imagine he has learned his lesson and won't make this mistake again.

I was actually out of town and my son was home for the appointment. He said the work was done quickly and very efficiently. When I arrived home that evening, I felt the result was beautiful. My carpets actually look NEW again, and they were in pretty bad shape before the cleaning (I have 2 dogs and a son who works in a garage!). I would definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of professional carpet cleaning services, and I will call on them again.

The work was excellent and the service provider was courteous and cooperative.

When he first showed up I showed him all of the stains from my pets. He said he would be able to get the stains out but the smell might be in the pad. There was an especially smelly spot on the stair case that I was worried about. He sais he would do his best but he couldnt promise me anything. After all was said and done, all of the stains are gone. The carpet looks like it did when I moved in. Also the stairs look and smell normal. Even after a week there is no smell. I will definitely call this company again.

The young man who arrived was on time and did a great job. Carpet stayed wet a bit longer than usual, but was well cleaned. We would use them again.

Ian was polite on the phone when I first called asking about his services. Then he came to my house at the time he said. He began his work right away, and when he was through that first day, my basement had no sewer odor and smelled like the cleaning chemicals he used such as bleach. He carried to the curb the soaked boxes. He also cleaned the carpet near the foyer and basement steps. He explained the fans and humidifier he was leaving in the basement. He instructed me to keep them on for the drying process. He then returned two days later to pick up his fans and humidifier. He also tested the dryness of the walls with special equipment. Since the walls were dry, he told me his work was completed. Ian was very polite, professional, and thorough. I was extremely satisfied with his work and would highly recommend his services.

Smells good and looks clean - nice job!

I called in the evening, around 6:30 p.m. and they were able to get to my house before 8. They used their equipment to extract all of the water from several rooms in the basement and set-up industrial size fans to dry the walls and baseboards. I'm very sensitive to molds and mildew odors and they were able to get the basement so dry I've had no problem. They sprayed some chemicals to keep mold and mildew away and left the fans for several days so the baseboards and vinyl flooring didn't need to be replaced. Great job!

I had a small flood in my basement, a friend referred me to this company. After making the call to them, a technician arrived just an hour later. The technician was very professional, and very respectful of my home, he put on some disposable shoe cover booties on over his shoes, to not track in dirt or mud. He began by extracting all the water up from in the carpet, he pulled back my carpet and treated under the carpet for mold and mildew. He was able to put my carpet right back into place and it looked great. He left me a dehumidifier and a blower to keep in my basement over night. The next day he came back over to pick up the equipment and he treated again for mold and mildew. I had a great experience with this company and I will definitely use them again in the future.
