It went very well. Ian, the owner, worked diligently with his chemicals to clean the stains caused by my pet. Lastly, he applied scotch guard in every room. I understand pet stains, to include dirt tracked in from outdoors, are challenging to clean. I have had more than one carpet cleaning company to confirm this. I am pleased with the results even in the area of room where my pet spends most of his time as those stains are less prominent.

Areas were cleaned well. Did not try to sell additional services, which I really appreciated (See next paragraph about a different company.). I found that they were prompt in scheduling, came on time, did a good job cleaning the areas, had reasonable prices for additional areas and completed the work in a timely manner. In the past I have used a different and well known company which had advertised carpet cleaning specials, and their representatives tried to sell many additional services repeatedly while they were here, including grout painting, tile cleaning, etc. which I didn't need and didn't want. They were very pushy about trying to get me to purchase these and I had to repeatedly decline. It became uncomfortable. While they did a good job, after 2 experiences like that, I decided never to use them again. However, this company is totally different, comfortable to work with, and I would definitely use them again.

Ian called and gave me an ETA (always appreciate this) and arrived on time. We did a walk through and discussed what was to be cleaned/pre-treated. This was election day and the kids were out of school (forgot this when making appointment) Ian wasn't bothered with this at all and went right to work! I am amazed at how great the carpets look and no pet stains! Ian was so good about explaining the products he uses and why he prefers them for his work (safer for people with asthma etc.) I would recommend this company and, when needed, use them again. Thank you Ian.. for a job well done!!

It went great! Ian(owner) was very thorough with his assessment and recommendation of a mold issue I was having. He used the latest equipment to determine the source of the mold problem and explained to me what was going on, I was very happy with the amount of detail he gave me on this matter. If you have any concerns or issues with mold, call Louisville Carpet Cleaners. I also had all the carpets cleaned. The tenant has been in rental for 5 years so the carpets were in pretty bad shape. Ian went in and made them look almost like new. He did a great job and my tenant is very happy which makes me a very happy owner. If you need any carpets in your house brought back to life, Louisville Carpet Cleaners are the one to call. For the amount of work that was done, I am very pleased with the results and the price.

Ian was on time and worked quickly. Our carpet was in very rough shape, stains and pet odors. In about an hour, he thoroughly cleaned and deodorized. Looks and smells 200% better. I would definitely have him back and highly recommend to others.

It went well. There were some dirty spots and stains on the area rugs and he used chemical to clean them.

He was able to give me a quicker appointment that what Angie's list said, and he was right on time. He was very friendly, and quick with the job to be done. He even sprayed a " brightner" on my light colored berber carpet, and it did look nice when he was done. I would definitely use him again.

Fantastic all the way around! Easy, quick scheduling, showed up on time, and was a much better value than all of the "major" carpet cleaning companies. Not only was it a better value, it was a much better result than I have gotten with those companies. I will definitely use them again!

Although carpets have been cleaned before, this was the best job yet! Courteous, concerned about performing the best job he could provide. We were very pleased with the work and will have him again.

We have two homes, and first he went to the 'billing' address, rather than the address specified. But he rescheduled for the following day, and was on time - to both appointments :-) He did a very thorough job, and left the carpets looking like new.
