If there was a way to give this place 0/5 stars I would. It was nothing but issues from the start. The deadline was not met for getting our cabinets installed. When they were installed they are uneven on the corners and the clay pen they used to try to fill it in cracked once it dried. When installing our cabinets they messed up the wall on the other side. They also did not catch the dry wall correctly. They came out multiple times to "fix" these problems, continuously sending the same person as they did before, who was unable to fix. The cabinets are not level with each other. There are drawers that you cannot open at the same time. The plumber never came and did there final check, so our dishwasher leaked when we ran it and flooded into our basement. The electrician did not hook up the dishwasher. When they came to hook it up the cut out a huge hole in the cabinet under the sink and left it looking terrible. After the 4th time of someone trying to fix it we were so upset it wasn't worth having them try again. I know they will reply saying they reached out to fix it and they had there opportunity 4 times and were still unable. It was a terrible experience and was exactly what I was scared of happening when hiring someone to completely re-do our kitchen.

Better than expected; Extremely pleased

Updated our old counter tops with Granite. We worked primarily with Tom at first and then Lindsay. They also build up our cabinets about an inch and a half to allow easier removal of our dishwasher. The trim work they installed to cover this work matches our cabinets perfectly. Lindsay coordinated everything and then did our plumbing work. She's awesome!! Wonderful experience and love the new counter tops. Highly recommend.

I don't know where to even begin to tell you how great it was to work with Tim Montgomery, owner of Louisville Cabinets & Countertops. From the very beginning to the very last day he was nothing but wonderful. He was very open to what we wanted to do and did all he could to give us exactly what we wanted. We knocked out a wall, took out a bar, tore out all the cabinets, a pantry and a planning desk. He told us it would take six to eight weeks to complete the job, and it was finished in exactly seven weeks. It would have been a little sooner than that but one of his subs was backed up and we had to wait a few days for him to get to us. Tim is a turn key, which made it very, very easy for my husband and me. There was only one unexpected issue that came up, but Tim had someone here the next day to take care of it. His crew, Lindsay and Jason, electrician Carl Windhorst of Windhorst Electric, Gabriel who did the drywall work and tile work, Roland and crew who did the fabricating and installation of the countertops, Bert and Mike of KHI Plumbing were all very professional, took pride in their work and we couldn't be happier with our new kitchen. And I can't mention all the wonderful people who worked on our kitchen without mentioning Sadie, Tim's Weimaraner. She's a very sweet dog and always greets you when you visit his shop. I would highly recommend Tim and will definitely use him again in the future!

Some items we chose separately and provided were kitchen faucet fixture, new gas range and glass tile for backsplash and were not included in the cost of Tim's service. Total cost of project was within our expected range. Scope of work included: - tear out of old kitchen - install natural gas line to new stove location (previous range was electric) - relocate kitchen water supply lines - rewire kitchen for under counter lighting - replace overhead fluorescent light with 9 recessed LEDs - install chimney style range hood ducted to outside - install 42 sq ft subway glass backsplash - provided and installed 600 sg ft of vinyl plank flooring - installed all wood cabinets with soft close doors and drawers, ceiling height cabinets with crown moulding - moveable kitchen island - quartz countertops and undermount quartzite sink - hook up of sink and fixture, garbage disposal, dishwasher, and gas range

Everything was done in a professional manor but I was disappointed in the snack bar edges where the lines were zagged.

The team at Louisville Cabinets and Countertops was fantastic. I stopped by there showroom after paying for a countertop the previous week at Lowes. I cancelled the lowes order because once they came out to my house everything was an upcharge, (mounting sink, tearing out the old cabinet, etc etc) These folks came out, priced it, measured it, gave me an install date 3 weeks later. they were there on time, and took care of everything all inclusive. no hidden charges or extras. what they quoted is what they charged. The counters are beautiful! awesome job!

Tim & Allison with Louisville Cabinets and Countertops were so amazing!!! Allison is the office manager and the person I corresponded with the most, but from beginning to end she was so nice, very responsive and so helpful! She made us feel like our project was a priority and was a pleasure to work with. We decided to go with Louisville Cabinets and Countertops due to their professionalism, their product choices and their very affordable prices. We had gotten 5 other quotes when we decided to finally go with Louisville Cabinets and Countertops as I am an avid researcher and a tough critic. Tim went above and beyond to help us create the most beautiful kitchen ever!!! He also built us a custom hood range off a picture I saw on Houzz.com that is perfect for our kitchen and matches our cabinets perfectly!!! If you need great cabinets and countertops at an affordable price from a great company, look no further!!! I've been telling everyone about Tim and his amazing products and craftsmanship! He also came out 3 months later and fixed our garbage can that our contractor didn't install properly...at no charge! I will continue to support this company as I have been more than happy with their products and services!!! Thank you Louisville Cabinets and Countertops for helping my husband and I create our dream kitchen at such an affordable price with great products and services! I couldn't be happier with the outcome!

It went fine. They did a complete job. They followed through and everything. The approximate date of service was a year ago I think. The approximate cost of the service is $1800. They did some shelving within a cabinet.

Tim, the owner, was awesome in price and service. Allison, the office manager, was in constant contact and truly cared about my order. The installers were unbelievable. They made sure I was 110% satisfied. They will be doing my kitchen next. Fair price, great service. I am a hard reviewer. I highly recommend LCC.

Overall experience was outstanding. Louisville Cabinets and Countertops completely gutted the entire bath, provided a picture perfect look while still offering a very reasonable price with excellent workmanship. Also remodeled kitchen with all new cabinets, granite countertops and sink. The quality of the products, service and work performed exceeded my expectations. The owner, Tim Montgomery , was very easy to work with. He listened as well as offering some great suggestions. he was quite experienced and knowledgeable. The company is very professional, provides excellent quality and service at an affordable price.
