Description of Work: Hung plantation shutters. At first the frames for one window weren't available, but the installer went back to the shop, found the missing item and finishedthe installation the same day.

+ 0 moreInitial response was very prompt. Donna, the salesperson came to our home and was very thorough with providing options and taking measurements. The quote was provided same day and we gave the go ahead. The estimated lead time was quoted at around two months, and all but one arrived in this time frame. The last took almost three months to arrive, but the delay was understandable as this last shutter was for a door which required a custom cut-out.. The installers Frank and Larry were great. They were punctual, polite, friendly, clean, and very good at their job. The end product looks perfect.
Description of Work: Provided and installed custom faux wood interior window shutters on a large floor-to-ceiling triple window, a door, and three daylight basement windows.

+ -1 moreVery well. Sales rep was nice and efficient. Price was good, not the lowest but not the highest either. Product is very good and installer was very friendly as well.
Description of Work: Sales rep came and measured windows, provided price and ordered blinds. They installed the product about a week and a half later.

+ -1 moreI WENT OUT, I GOT ESTIMATES FROM THREE REPUTABLE PLACES. I WOULD RATHER DO BUSINESS WITH THE LOCAL PEOPLE IN LOUISVILLE. I TOLD THEM AT THEIR STORE THAT I COULD GET IT DONE FOR X NUMBER OF DOLLARS, AND HE TOLD ME HE WOULD GET IT DONE FOR THAT.
