Fantastic service -- I called at 10am and the technician was here at 12. Responsive, professional, polite and extremely fair pricing. From my first call to the technicians repair everything was perfect. The straight A ratings they have on Angie's list is an understatement - Angie's list needs to develop a superior rating for companies like Lock Doctor. They really are a GREAT example of what customer service means when you REALLY need it. I couldn't thank the staff enough for their responsiveness and professionalism. They literally went above and beyond. The set the bar for customer service very very high - I cannot recommend them enough.

These folks were friendly, professional, willing to answer questions, and eager to please. I wish all the people we have had to work with provided this kind of superior service!

Mike with Lock Doctor arrived exactly as agreed, was very polite and spent about 45 minutes working on it. It now works smoothly and Mike explained what the problem was and talked to us about what we could expect in the future. He honored the Angies List discount and the service was very reasonable.

I have used their service before with my daughters house and was so pleased I called them for my own house. It was important that I get the service don't that day and they worked me in that day. So very happy and will use them again.

Cory was very friendly and responsive when I called for pricing info. She was just as friendly and helpful a few days later when I actually scheduled the service call. Mike and Scott arrived within the timeframe specified and were just as friendly. They set to work immediately and had the locks changed out in less than thirty minutes.

The exterior key did not match they cam out and did a good job.

He worked with the front door lock, trying to get it right, and I don’t think he charged me for that. So there was some free service, and it was just an excellent service. He works really hard and he knew what he was doing. I really liked him. He was knowledgeable. I just felt like he knew what he was doing, and I really didn’t need an explanation.

When we purchased our home, we received only one key for the front door. All the other doors required a different key, which we didn't have. We contacted Lock Doctor to re-key all the doors to all match one key. The front door was a completely different type lock than the other doors, so we had them change that out to match. We added an additional lock to a door that didn't have a lock at all. In addition, we had a bathroom door handle/lock that had been installed with the lock on the outside of the door and upside down. Our technician fixed that problem in a matter of about 60 seconds. The tech was on time, efficient, professional. We felt the price was very good. We are very pleased with the work and will use them again if necessary!

This was hands down the best service experience I've ever had. I had a very tight schedule and wanted the work to be done on the same day that I called, but I did not expect that to happen. To my surprise, within four hours of requesting service, Michael and Scott had came to my rural home, completed the work in an extremely professional manner and were out the door! Words cannot express my appreciation for the manner in which they conduct their business. Outstanding customer service!!

The entire experience, from my initial call to completion of the job, was wonderful (a breath of fresh air) - everyone from the scheduler who took my call and scheduled the job to the technicians they sent out were cheerful, very professional, and very accomodating and responsive. Called mid-morning of the day I wanted the locks changed and they were able to easily accomodate my late request, even after normal hours (many of the other providers I looked at didn't work past 5). Not only that, but when I told them I'd like to be able to make it to a performance that night they sent out two technicians to ensure the job was completed as quickly as possible. They finished all the locks and keys and were out the door in only 30 minutes - needless to say I was impressed! All this for a cost that was barely more than a call during normal working hours. I will definitely use Lock Doctor again and will recommend them highly to everyone I know - they're a pleasure to deal with.

Punctual, Fast and very professional.

From my first phone call, lock doctors was professional, courteous, attentive, informative, and more. I could not be more pleased with their immediate service and attention to my schedule (having to pick up children from school). They completed work in a timely manner and insisted I check all doors with the new key to assure I was happy with the result (I sure was!). I am saving their number in my phone for if I need a locksmith again!

I was VERY pleased! Scott called about half an hour before he got to the house to let me know the approximate time he would be arriving. Once there, he wasted no time in getting to work. He was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about what he was doing and was done in about 20 minutes. I will definitely recommend Lock Doctor to everyone I know.

Every thing went great. Scott worked quickly, showed up on time, clearly explained what he was going to do and wouldn't leave until I had checked every lock myself to insure I was happy with the work.

Very pleased with professionalism. The first keypad lock was too big for the small closet door, so provider scheduled a new day and exchanged the lock for a perfect one. This provider is very knowledgeable about locks and great to work with. Highly recommend!

Called early this am and he was out at my home in a couple of hours, Called before to let me know that he was on the way. Showed him what I wanted done and in a matter of 45 minutes was totally done. All jobs completed . Would use him again !!!

I called this morning and spoke to a very professional and courteous lady to make the appointment. She explained the cost and how the service run would be handled. I asked for something today and was given an early time slot. She made it so easy. Within 1 hour of calling, the service man coming called to say he was on his way. He arrived within the time he said (less than 10 minutes). He did the work and even worked longer on a lock that was a bit tight to make it better (may have been that way before). He was in and out within about 30-45 minutes. He was very professional. The fee was what I was told which I thought was extremely inexpensive for the quick and extremely efficient service I was given and for the peace of mind it provides. I have never been so pleased with the overall service with any business that has come to my home as this one - timely, professional, inexpensive, and courteous. Customer satifsfaction is what this business is about. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They got no money for what they did, but they were happy to help however they could. I would recommend them!
