I sent him a picture of what it looked like, he knew the brand and everything, he picked up the parts, and he came and did a good job. I did business with him again, and again, the staff was great, the service was great, they were on time, and the prices were great. They are professional, they are experienced, they are on time, they aim to please, and if you have a problem, they come back and fix it. They are attentive, and they are very good at what they do. They are easy to work with.

When we first called Lock Doctor, the owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Within one hour of our conversation, she had her technician knocking at our front door in East Louisville.. The entire experience, from start to finish, was exceptional. We received four duplicate master keys. These folks know how to provide outstanding service.

We moved here from the Austin area about a week ago, The house locks need to be updated we called Michael and he was right on schedule was very professional and explained our options in detail being retired law enforcement I was real comfortable with his knowledge regarding security issues He was here a couple of hours and did an excellent job. Michael even help me set up my second computer which I was struggling with. I was very pleased with his pricing. I liked his no sales pressure

They did a great job. Very responsive & took care of our needs quickly. We needed 3 door knobs replaced, a deadbolt replaced, & a deadbolt added. They also re-keyed for a single key for the entire home.

Scott and Mike arrived 5 mins early. This a good thing and rare. They were very friendly and professional. I wanted to have ALL locks on one key. I have 10 doors and some with deadbolt locks. Scott explained the details about the changes that needed to be done. They set to work and did a great job. Only one key for all locks! How great is that! They left me with 2 original keys and 8 copies. All was done in a bit over 1 hour. I highly recommend this company and their work. If I ever need a locksmith Lock Doctor is who I will call.

The job went smooth, Scott took extra time to help figure out the electronic lock and to get us information on how to set this lock system up. Very helpful.

It all went very well!! Michael called and met us at our new home. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. As sometimes happens with newly programed garage doors, after several days, we noticed our garage door was opening and closing sporadically in response to an identical code nearby. Michael returned without hesitation and went through the entire reprograming process again. He did all of this and did not charge us for the reprograming. I highly recommend Lock Doctor!!

Now every lock in my home can be operated with the same key. As part of the rekey, Scott cleaned and lubricated each lock so they now work smoothly. He arrived on time and went straight to work.

Scott arrived promptly and on a Saturday to boot. My initial estimate of the amount of work was a tiny bit off (10-15 est. vs. 40+ actual, but who's counting). Scott may have blinked an eye, but he definelty didn't flinch at the dauting task ahead. He was extremely professional and friendly. Work was completed promptly and without any mess. Also, he provided me with a couple of options and he suggested the most cost effective method(without any loss in quality or utility). While I hope not to have to change the locks again any time soon, if I have to, I won't hesitate to choose Lock Doctors and ask for Scott.

Excellent service provider!!!! This provider worked with me long distance to help my elderly mother. Their response was very quick - less than 45 minutes. Extremely professional. Very fair and competitive pricing. We were in a tough situation in that a door was locked and we were not able to locate the key. Their very quick response was much appreciated by my mother. All door locks were re-keyed allowing my mother a single key instead of the multiples that she previously had. All service was completed within an hour of arrival. My sincerest thanks to Scott (technician). He was so kind and helpful to my mom and did exactly what I had asked him to do by phone. Paying the additional subscription cost to Angie's List to have access to the city that my mother lives in has been invaluable. Highly recommend doing this if you are trying to help elderly parents.

Very professional outfit, from the woman who made the appointment over the phone to the actual locksmith who re-keyed my house. They were on time and very courteous and their price was much lower than the other locksmiths I talked to. I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing locksmith services.

Very professional and hardworking. Both owners and their apprentice showed up when they promised (unlike another highly rated locksmith on this site who stood me up twice) and got the job done. Almost every lock needed some extra attention in my older home but I really wanted to have a single key instead of four different ones. The locks turn smoothly and no damage was done to recent paint on the doors. The men are very thorough and updated me throughout the process. I highly recommend them.

I called on a Tuesday afternoon and they showed up the next day and performed all the work as requested. The woman that answered the phone and set up the appointment was very pleasant and helpful. Michael showed up to do the work and was very professional and did the job fast with excellent quality. Very friendly, prompt, and fast service....highly recommended.

It went perfectly. I called Mike at about 9 a.m. and he was here by 10:30. Had originally given me a window of 12 to 3, but called when he had a cancellation and came earlier. He rekeyed four locks, made the number of keys I asked for, and was here and gone in less than an hour. Mike was very polite, very personable, and my husband was amazed how cheaply the work was done. Scott came to the house at the time he said he would. He had everything he needed -- very confident and skilled in his trade. He made suggestions which saved, me, the customer, money. Michael and Scott set up my appointment for a time most convenient, and were even able to get there early. They worked quickly, and professionally; were friendly in demeanor; solved the problem in a very short time. (They also fixed a problem with our car-hood lock--which I had not mentioned to them ahead of time--at no extra charge.) There are businesses for which Angie's list should have an A+ rating--this is one of them.

Overall, extremely pleased. The lady in the office who took my appointment was very friendly & efficient. Michael called to say he'd meet me at the house in 15min. so I could stay at work until time to meet him. Very friendly, professional, & quick. Never had this work done before but I feel the price was reasonable. Will definitely use again & recommend to others.
