Legacy Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC

This company is a nightmare to deal with and they do not stand behind their work. They are incompetent, do not honor the warranty on their work, and do not take responsibility for mistakes. They should not be allowed to work in the HVAC industry. They installed ductwork for an addition and a new furnace for my entire home and it is still not correct. They refused to address it last year after the install when I told them something was not right. Literally I was told I just had to get used to it. The problem has now been magnified as temperatures have dropped and still are not willing to address this problem. In fact the office manager hung up on me and stated they would not do business with me or ever come to my house. I do not think they can even process or believe the number of mistakes they have done on my job either as its so unbelievable how badly they performed. There is both a lack of skill and lack of ethics with this company and the the people running it. After hiring them and having so many problems, I found out that they use techs that are not licensed. The one that worked on my job was since fired for his mistakes, but the owner still shifts the blame to everyone except himself. You have been warned!!!! They are also NOT Carrier certified meaning they lack proper training on installing and understanding the units they install. I did not know this until it was too late. They were paid in full, but services promised were not fulfilled as I have a new furnace that is not working and never did work correctly after they installed it. They hooked up the duct work to return vents instead of supply vents and had to reduce that, but there is still more problems that they have since refused to acknowledge or address.

The work was done professionally and efficiently. I was unhappy with one detail and Legacy took care of it right away.

I would use them again in the future.

I have been using Legacy Heating & Air for years. They have been very good. It took them about half a hour to complete the work. There was just one person that came out.

They're professional and know what they're doing at a good price.

We will continue to use them.

Everything went well.

They were professional and very accommodating. A lot of other companies could not get us is because it was around the time of storm, so they worked with us very quickly. They came out a day or two after I called them to do the work.

Our AC went out on the hottest day of the year. Matt with Legacy worked within our work schedules and met with us in the late afternoon. He had the problem diagnosed and repaired in under 30 minutes! Matt went further and showed me some preventative tips to help keep my AC running at its best. Things could not have gone better. A BIG thanks to Matt and Legacy Heating and Air!

THEY ARE GREAT. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. HE'S A GREAT GUY. I KNOW HIM PERSONALLY AND HE TAKES PRIDE IN HIS BUSINESS. HE DOES THE WORK FOR ALL MY PROPERTIES.
