Excellent work, and ever since the new system was installed, we have never had to keep track of included service/maintenance visits; we always receive timely reminders. On occasion (such as recently with a unit fuse issue, during unseasonably hot weather) service calls have been made that were squeezed in between already full schedules, to get us taken care of ASAP.

Steve and his team did a great job of identifying the issues with our current A/C units (my house and my in-laws' house). He showed me how we could gain even more efficiency at my house with additional insulation. He showed me what kind of duct work needed to be done to bring my in-laws' house up to normal operation. All in all, I've found Steve to be honest, professional, and comprehensive in his assessments of HVAC/building condition. We have a Home Warranty and Steve with KY Building Science is who the warranty company contacted to come look at my unit. He came out and had my A/C fixed in no time. He kept me up to date while I was at work when he arrived at my house on what needed to be done. I was very pleased with the response and the work with this company. I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
