K.T.'s Painting

Description of Work: They were a sub contractor firm which did interior painting for Certa Pro painting contractors. They did a very acceptable job. The painting was in our home and they were courteous and punctual.

Description of Work: This is my second report on K.T.'s Painting because it is my second use of its services. I had a whole porch and deck full of wrought-iron furniture and one Charleston bench. (8 chairs, big dining table, small dining table, several side tables, chaise lounge, two gliders and the bench. Some of it is ancient -- pushing 60 years old - but it's still good. Now it looks like new. Once I saw what an amazing renewal KT's did to my white wicker furniture, in my earlier report, I decided to also do all of our black wrought-iron and the bench.

Description of Work: First of all, the owner of this company is really nice and communicates well. Her fee includes picking up all of my pieces and returning them. The $975 fee to refinish 14 pieces of truly ancient furniture and bring it to life is the total cost, which I think is great and more than fair. She gave me the breakdown of the costs for the different pieces when she came to make the bid. Her bid was so reasonable, I accepted it on the spot. KT's Painting has totally refinished a lovely round oak table with 2 leaves and 4 matching Windsor-backed chairs. This was delivered Saturday at just the time she said she would arrive. It is absolutely gorgeous. It was a mess before, but now it is lovely. She is also finishing up repairing and painting or refinishing some very old furniture: 1 wicker sofa, 2 wicker chairs including 2 wicker rocker, 1 coffee table, 2 broken wooden rocking chairs, 3 metal nesting tables with glass tops. These will be completed and delivered as soon as the weather is dry, which could be a few days. I wanted to go ahead and report on the great job she has done so far. I will report again on the rest of the furniture when I see it.

Description of Work: Hired contractor who was referred by a previous customer to repaint my residence. Painted all the ceilings in my apartment. She did an incredible job. She voluntarily moved the funiture, left no mess and was efficent time wise.
