They came when they said they'd be there; they worked all day + a few more hours to finish the job; and the final product was simply beautiful!!!

We were pleased with the products available, and with the price that was quoted. The installers were professional and courteous and did a beautiful job. They also took great care to clean up when the floor was finished. We're very happy with our new floor. My only small complaint is that I called twice to request that the boards be varied in tone, not all uniform, but the salesman did not call me back. I spoke to the installers when they arrived, and they did vary the grain as I requested, and the result is beautiful. I would make sure I make any special requests up front next time, but I would not hesitate to use Korfhage again.

I called Korfhage Floor Covering around October 28, 2012 to see if they did repairs as this company was listed with Angie's List. Doug Korfhage came out the next day to check the problem. He gave me two options. One he could fix the floor but there would be a possibility it might happen again at another weak spot. Or he could install a thicker, wider board floor that he would fix if there ever was a need. (This wasn't the first time this floor had popped up like it did.) He showed me samples of a Brazilian Cherry that was three times thicker than what was already down. I was amazed at the difference. He also suggested to lay the boards in a different direction. We arranged for a date to have the new floor installed. His crew arrived on time, going about their tasks of removing the old floor and installing a new one. They came back the next day to finish installing the quarter round and sweep up. They removed all trash/boxes/old flooring. The floor looks fabulous! I would recommend them highly to all my friends.

It went beautifully. You can expect that Korfhage Floor Covering will show up and deliver what you expected. I am particular about all things. I am a Realtor, mother sister, friendly but most of all a Christian. You really get what you PAY for.

Doug Korfhage brought samples out to my house based on what I told him I wanted and some additional suggestions he had. I found a carpet I liked and could afford. I saved some money by clearing out the furniture, pulling up the old carpet, pad and staples myself. His crew was on time, professional and had the job done quickly. You cannot see the seams, and I am completely satisfied with the work. It is 2012 as I write this, and the carpet has held up beautifully.

My experience with Korfhage was wonderful! I think what impressed me the most was the care Patrick and his crew took in making sure they created the least amount of mess as possible. Tools were put up each day and nothing was left around to cause any inconvenience until the project was completed. Patrick, the office staff at Korfhage, and owner, Dave Korfhage, made sure the lines of communication were open and I appreciated this very much. There is no doubt that I would highly recommend Korfhage and use their services again in the future.

We got quotes from Korfhage and two other stores. All were very nice to work with but Korfhage's price was $700 less than the others. Once we placed the order we were kept up to date on expected delivery date and work began on the day scheduled. Our installers were Shannon and Jamie and they worked hard each day and were very professional. Shannon told me each day what they hoped to accomplish. It took one entire day to move the furniture and tear out the old flooring - they didn't even take a lunch break that day to meet their goal but I made brownies so they didn't go hungry. The remaining 3 and a half days were spent in installation of the flooring and in replacing the quarter round. I didn't think the quarter round around the kitchen cabinets was not a good match so they removed it and brought new ones the next day. Shannon advised me to replace my copper icemaker water line with the reinforced plastic line because he said he has replaced many floors due to the copper one leaking. I took his advice and he even hooked it up for me. Each day they cleaned up before leaving. On the final day, Doug Korfhage, the owner, dropped by to see if we were pleased. We are very happy with the whole experience.

Doug came out within a few days of when I initially called him. He was able to quickly make a recommendation for my floors and the price he quoted me was very reasonable. His workers were at my house the next week and finished in a little less time than Doug had predicted. They were on time, polite, respectful to me and my family and put all my furniture back for me. Best of all, the floors look beautiful! The next time I need flooring in another part of my house, Doug is my guy! I have no reason to go anywhere else.

We had worked with Doug on a previous project. We liked working with Doug. He is professional and seems to be honest. We're not sure if we got the best price because we didn't shop around much. The installers were punctual, professional and hardworking. I am happy with all of their work. There are a couple things that didn't seem to have the finishing touch, but I'm confident if I call and ask them to fix it, they will.

Their price was good and they did the measurements for free. The owner actually came out and gave me the quote. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He brought out plenty of samples. He gave me two or three different options on what I could do.

They were very professional and very friendly. They are down to earth and were on time. They had a nice selection of materials. They give very good advice about what is appropriate or not for your use and if it's easy at keeping clean.

THEY WERE VERY SLOW IN RESPONDING TO EVERYTHING. THE WORK WAS GOOD BUT THEY HAVE THE DUMBEST PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM. COMMUNICATION WAS THE PROBLEM. PROMISES WERE MADE BUT PROMISES WEREN'T KEPT. THE JOB TOOK LONGER THAN AGREED.

THEY WERE THE PRIMARY INSTALLATION OF THE HOME AND I HAD TO HAVE A COUPLE REPAIRS DUE TO RAIN DAMAGE. IT WAS FAIRLY LARGE AREA AND IT WAS DONE IN NO TIME.

I'M SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING BUT THE CLEANUP. THEY DID A GREAT JOB, GOT RIGHT TO IT. THEY WERE JUST A LITTLE LAX WITH THE CLEANUP. THEY DIDN'T FINISH CLEANING UP SOME AREAS AND I HAD TO DO IT MYSELF. I DON'T THINK THAT'S REFLECTIVE OF THE WHOLE COMPANY. A RELATIVE HAD THE SAME COMPANY, AND THEY CLEANED UP PERFECTLY. NOT ALL CREWS ARE THE SAME. THE WORK IS GOOD. THE MATERIALS ARE GOOD, I DON'T HOW MUCH YOU CAN REALLY TELL, AFTER ONLY THREE WEEKS.
