Description of Work: They installed a laminate floor in my home office. The installer was on time, very personable and the floor was installed quickly. I am very happy with it. Description of Work: Refinishing hardwood floors. They were to perform while we were traveling. It was not. Also ask about what appeared to be splash spots which were actually perspiration drops. They did not want to fix.

Description of Work: Korphage recommended Duracermaic to replace the old (12yrs +) vinyl flooring in my kitchen and two bathroom floors. The guys did an excellent job; they were prompt, courteous and cleaned up any/all debris by vacuuming the premises before leaving. I had originally considered ceramic tile but Doug Korphage's recommendation of the Duraceramic ended up being a better alternative. It's warm and inviting and my condo looks very updated now!

Description of Work: I am updating my May 7,2014 review of Korfhage Floors. I had left a negative review because an employee had dropped the ball. Within a couple of days the owner called me personally to rectify the situation. That type of service shows integrity, pride and good customer service. Even though this relationship started off "rocky", I feel I would never get that level of caring about the customer from a big box company and truly prefer to work with local business owners. I will definitely give them a fair chance at earning my business.

Description of Work: May 2012, we had hardwood flooring installed in upstairs hallway and entire first floor, including kitchen. Also had carpet installed on stairs. We love our flooring! I've gotten many compliments on it. Doug Korfhage suggested the hardwood in the kitchen and I was a little skeptical. I'm so glad we did it. We have an open floor plan, and the continuous hardwood from room to room looks so nice.
