 + -1 moreIt did not go well at all. Started out well, but because of illness, we got stuck with a driveway full of blocks and many unanswered phone calls.
Description of Work: We had a contract with landscaper to build two 65-70 foot retaining walls. She ordered the blocks, had them delivered, had us pay her for them in November, 2008 and then the weather got too bad to put them in. When the spring came it rained week after week and then she got sick and we did not hear from her for months. Finally, in July she called and left a message saying we would have to get another contractor. We have had 3 other contractors out here who say we have overpaid 1000 for the blocks and the quote for the rest of the job is not enough to complete the job. So we have all of these blocks and no one to install them for what Ms. Smith said the job would cost. We have no receipt to return. We are very unhappy with the entire situation and understand that she got sick, but feel that she could have found us someone to come out and install the blocks or have them returned to the store she bought them from.

 + 1 moreIt went great. She does what she says she will do. She is punctual. Her prices are good and she is pretty easy to get a hold of. She is now maintaining the landscaping for us.
Description of Work: She put in six spiria, two dapple willows, a five foot dogwood, and an 18 foot river birch. She removed two dogwoods, trimmed some hollies and she also laid out a portable irrigation system for me.
