I should have known $50 was too cheap to get quality service for this. The guy seemed friendly but the first thing he did was go outside and take apart my HVAC. A second guy went ahead and started cleaning my ducts. He was done really quickly and I'm not sure if he did a good job or not. We couldn't tell any difference in the air quality but it wasn't noticeably bad in the first place. What really bothered me was that they told me my HVAC had mold and other problems. He tried to sell me around $600 worth of "service' to clean my HVAC. My HVAC is under 2 years old and under warranty. I had BJ Heating, a very reputable company who I trust very much come out to do an annual cleaning of my HVAC and to see if KY Air Solutions findings were accurate. BJ said there was no mold and my HVAC looked good. I'm pretty sure Ky Air Solutions is nothing but a fly-by-night outfit that tries to take advantage of its customers.

Great price on Groupon for Air-duct cleaning for unlimited ducts to a single unit and one return Dryer-vent cleaning . Easily made appointment with office. They give you a 2 hour appointment time frame which is fine. I took off work that afternoon and went home. After waiting 45 minutes into the appt window, received a call from their main office. The tech had to go to hospital so they needed to reschedule. That was fine, I understand that things come up..rescheduled for 2 weeks later. Took off work for the afternoon again got home, received call from office 10 min. before appt that tech had something else come up and couldn't make it again. Getting a bit frustrated that I take off work 2 days and get cancelled. Rescheduled again. The third time they called me in the am saying he had a doctors appt that afternoon and rescheduled again. This time instead of Thursday afternoon appts I made it for Monday morning. They did show up this time.. 4th time is a charm. I so would have cancelled after the 2nd time but it was a Groupon and I had already paid. Will not use this company again.

The company rescheduled me once from original date and time. The guys arrived on time and seemed professional. They cleaned the air ducts and outside the AC unit. I sat on my deck during the time they were working. When they left they assured me everything was working fine. Later I discovered that they had ripped several of the registers out of the walls-damaging the drywall- apparently they didn't know how to get to the screws on the inside. Then I discovered that 4 of the air ducts had been blown/fell off the whole system under my house. They never said a word. When I called to complain, I was told a manager would call me back. That's yet to happen. I then emailed the complaint asking for a return phone call, still nothing. I'm very disappointed that this company won't even address my compaint and damage they caused to my house.
