+ -1 moreWe were very impressed with the professionalism and skill of the installers. Previously we had purchased quartz for the kitchen countertop from a competitor, and that competitor's installation was very poor. Kentuckiana Countertops installers were extremely knowledgeable and even went so far as to re-silicone the kitchen sink (poorly installed by a competitor who would not come out to fix the mess). Kentukiana Countertops is great to work with. We couldn't be more pleased with the product and the knowledge and skill of the installers. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing new countertops.
Description of Work: We purchased two quartz countertops for two bathroom vanities. These included the sinks and were installed.

+ -1 moreThat one didn’t go well and it was a mess. The guys came out and measured using their little computer laser measure thing. I had to wait extra for the material to show up because they had lots of backorders. When it finally showed up, nothing fit. It was all crooked and strange and they made two trips out here to get the countertops fit. Then they made three trips to get the backsplashes to fit. They were comparable with everybody else. They did show up when they said they were going to. The salesperson was this young lady and she was pretty decent. I would never use them again.
Description of Work: I had countertops put in by Kentuckinan Countertops. It was fake marble or some sort of fancy composite material.

Description of Work: They fabricated and installed a custom granite bathroom vanity top, complete with back and side splash and customer provided under mount sink. They had an extensive selection of natural stone (quartz, granite and marble) to choose from. In my particular case, they had a remnant of granite that was the absolute perfect color match for my project. This also made it more affordable than custom ordering from one of the "big box" home improvement stores. | |The installers first carefully measured the vanity and area before the top was made to ensure that the fabrication would go without a hitch. The installers arrived promptly for appointments and worked onsite to custom fit and install the vanity top. Installation was performed very professionally with close attention to detail. They cleaned up the work areas afterwards. I am very happy with the new vanity with custom granite top and would use them again for similar projects.

And, the person who came out to measure was very professional and personable. I did not meet the installers, but a year later the work is still high caliber.

+ -1 moreThere were no problems. They did a good job. If I were to do it again with the same material, I think i would have wanted to get another bid from another company. They also did a repair, and that experience was not as good.

+ -1 moreEverything from choosing the granite to the installation went great! My husband, the Engineer, was very impressed with their plant work area, their machinery and how they used and "kept" it. We had looked at a couple other companies and Kentuckiana just stood out. We chose granite from another company and there was never any pressure to choose granite Kentuckiana had on site. They gave us great advice on edge choices. They did all the prep work in a timely manner and were here to install when they said they would. They were very professional during installation. They told us how to care for the granite using low cost products and didn't try to sell us expensive, unnecessary care items. It's been 3 years now and our countertop looks as great as it did the day it was installed. Our friends and family ooh and ahh, just as I still do every morning. I can't say enough good stuff about them.
