Did a great job, called 20 minutes prior to arrival, moved furniture as needed, spot treated heavily soiled areas, cleaned thoroughly and reviewed cleaning when done and gave instructions on drying time and process...carpets look awesome...will use again for sure

I am very pleased with the results! Some tough stains were removed without a trace left behind. The work was done in a very efficient manner. I was able to use the Angie's list coupon and my savings more than paid for my membership!

Excellent and responsive service. Jason emailed and called us to le t us know arrival time. Our carpets had a few stains from a sick puppy. Jason was able to remove nearly all. He was extremely meticulous and it's obvious that he knows carpeting! Would use again in a heartbeat!

I had one large room and a hallway that needed carpet-cleaning. I called several companies but none would come out for 'such a small job'. Kentuckiana didn't mind! He came out as scheduled, cleaned the two carpets as requested and even got out a few stains that I had been tackling for quite some time. He was prompt and professional. Price was a little high, I thought. $63 for one large room and a hallway and I had all the furniture moved out before he arrived. But since he was the only company willing, I was thankful for his services. I marked him down on professionalism only because he smelled of cigarette smoke. Thankfully the cigarette smell did not linger after he left.

Jason was very polite and courteous. He completed the work very quickly (under three hours, though our house was completely empty), yet was thorough. He explained the stains that he encountered and payed extra attention to those areas. The carpets look and smell great. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for carpet cleaning services.

The technician was prompted and professional. He did a great job with the carpets. The carpets almost looked new by the time he was done. I plan on using this company again for upholstery cleaning. I would also like to mention that they were able to clean the carpets on very short notice. I really appreciated that.

The did the best cleaning job on my carpet than anyone else I have ever used. Some spots were so soiled I thought I may have to replace my carpet, but now the carpet looks great!

I called for an estimate a few weeks prior to scheduling the services. When I called to actually schedule I spoke to someone else who gave the exact same estimate. It made me happy to know their prices were consistent. They were about thirty minutes late for our scheduled appointment, but called to let me know. The carpets were cleaned and almost all stains were removed. There was only one major stain which could not be gotten out. He worked hard at it though and it is a lot less noticeable and I'm happy with the results. He made some great recommendations and was professional and in and out in about an hour and a half. My husband and I are very happy.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out fine. They did a good job. They were efficient and they handled the job quickly and professionally.

He called when he was on his way so I would have time to meet him to let him in. Was very professional, looked through to see exactly what needed cleaned. We had a soiled traffic area that he was not sure would look as good as the rest of the carpet but once done it looked amazing! I could not tell the difference. I will definitely use them again!

When I called they were able to come out the next day. The service man called and made it within the time frame he stated. He was very professional and did a great job cleaning the carpet and furniture.

First off, I can't remember the date or the dollar amount, since it's been awhile. BUT I do remember that I felt it was a good value service and that I decided I would readily work with this company again. The person who came to do the work was professional and friendly, and got the job done to a high standard. I was well-pleased. The only thing that bothered me just a little bit was the cleaning product was, perhaps, fragranced? Anyway, it had an artificial sage-y odor for a couple weeks, but it went away after awhile, so no biggie. (If you like your furniture perfumed, this probably wouldn't bother you at all.)
