Scheduling has been good and they arrived within the two hour window. They told me they could clean the carpets around all the furniture in the basement or they could come back once I have moved everything out of the way. I will be contacting them to reschedule the service once I have moved all of the furniture.

Service technician was quick and polite. Probably took as long to setup as it took to complete the cleaning of the 2 rooms. Whole process took about 30 minutes.

They looked great when he was finished. I really liked him a lot. With regard to price, it seems like he was average. It wasn’t a really super great price, but it was comparable probably to what anyone else would have charged.

Kentuckiana Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning arrived on time as scheduled. I love it when that happens. The carpet in our basement hadn't been cleaned in a while and between kids and a couple of dogs, it needed it badly. I added on an area (the stairs) which for which they charged me a reasonable $30. The tech worked hard and the carpet came out amazingly clean. The Angie's List deal included either free deodorizer or scotch guard and I opted for the deodorizer on account of the dogs - that turned out to be the one thing I didn't like about the service. The deodorant odor was not all that pleasant, think "industrial" scent, and it was overpoweringly strong. Like so strong we couldn't hardly stand to be in the basement. Perhaps their machine was set on the wrong setting or the tech was over generous thinking he was helping me. We were leaving on vacation in a few days so I decided not to call and ask Kentuckiana back re-clean the carpet. When we returned a week later, the smell was better but still quite strong. I would have called but we had an upcoming event so I let it ride. Another week has gone by and the smell has abated and is no longer an issue. The carpet cleaning itself was great, but I will think twice about the deodorizer the next time, or ask the tech to use less.

Great service, arrived on time and gave me a call beforehand. Informed me about the hot water hose possibly burning the grass, which was good and it didn't end up burning the grass, but I did appreciate the information. He was in and out quickly and was just all around excellent.

I own rental properties and have used services all over town and this is the best one yet. He did a 2,500 sq.ft. condo and the carpets that are 4 years old look new. He took his time and worked hard to get the spots out. Also gave me a great pointer! If you have indented places on your carpet from where furniture used to be, just lay an ice cube in the area and the water from the cube will bring back up the under pad. OMGosh it's so refreshing to have a job well done!

I did purchase the deodorizer for an additional cost as well. Jason, the owner, was very accommodating. He reached out to me the day after I purchased the coupon. Because of the freezing weather, he had to reschedule our appointment. The freezing temperatures were bursting the pipes on his equipment. He was very apologetic. We spent a lot of time talking with Jason to schedule the appointment. They were very professional, nice, and the job was completed very quickly. They were able to complete the work in about one hour. The carpets looked and smelled brand new when he was done. It was great and he did an excellent job! I have already scheduled to have them come back for more carpet cleaning services.
