Went very well. My husband and not myself was the only one at home and so I can only relay what he told me. The Angie's List deal should have covered the Scotchguard and I plan to call this provider about it. Other than that, my husband was very impressed with the work done and the professionalism of the man who came to do the work. We had moved all the furniture out of the rooms ourselves prior to them coming, and my husband pre-vacuumed all the carpets. My husband was waiting for the guy to call him to help move furniture so he could clean it too and the guy did it by himself, which surprised him. He placed the furniture on protective coasters and blocks so things could dry well before being placed directly back onto the carpets. My husband is VERY picky. For him to be impressed is saying a lot.

Great. I've used them for years and won't use anyone else. I have pets that make a mess on my rugs. Kentuckiana CC fixes them right up.

The company was very accommodating in scheduling the cleaning so we could be present at the time. The person did a thorough cleaning job, and was very polite & friendly. We are very happy with their work & will always call on them for carpet cleaning. And, now that we have had such a positive experience, we will also call on them for their other services. We recommend them very highly. Very reasonably priced also.

We had purchased a deal on Angie's List for 3 rooms of carpeting for $105. He arrived on time. He cleaned 3 bedrooms & the steps to the upstairs bedroom. The steps were extra, but were very reasonable. The carpet looked very good & was not very damp when he was done. I was very happy with the work and will call them again when I need carpet cleaned.

The cleaner arrived in a timely fashion, calling before he arrived. He was very respectful of my request to be as quiet as possible (night shift sleeper in the house). He was quick and thorough, there was only one stain he wasn't able to get out. Would use the service again in the future, especially with deals or coupons.

Excellent service and response. I called Kentuckiana Carpet about four days before appointment was made. They were able to fit us in during a very big week in Louisville, the week of the Kentucky Derby. As was told us, the serviceman called beforehand and advised he would arrive in 20 minutes and was very prompt. We were extremely happing with the end product. The carpets were clean, spots removed and the entire house smelled fresh and clean. The serviceman moved what furniture needed to be moved, placed pads under all furniture and worked straight through to finish the job. He was very polite and friendly had a very professional appearance and we will definitely call Kentuckiana Carpet and Upholstery in the future.

The work went very well. The Big Deal drew me in, but I'm glad that I made the purchase because I got a good cleaning at a good rate. It went just as advertised.

Have used other carpet cleaning services but none have done as good a job as this company. I had small pieces out of his way so carpet was ready to clean when he arrived and the job was done just a little over an hour ! Carpets look great! I will not use anyone else in the future. Very pleased.

Last minute appointment before a holiday (Thanksgiving). Called to confirm, as expected. Arrived exactly on time. "Bill" thoroughly inspected items before beginning. Proceeded with cleaning efficiently and without any problems. Bill explained dry-time. Answered questions about what we could do to accelerate drying. Overall, a good value.
