Description of Work: Vendor provided carpet cleaning services in a partially finished basement (approximately 13' x 21'). They arrived on time and completed the work quickly and professionally. They were also able to get a piece of gum/candy that had somehow gotten ground into the carpet out. I'm very satisfied with their work and would definitely consider using them again.

Description of Work: Bill arrived within the scheduled 2-hour window and walked thru the house with me to identify problem areas. Since the cleaning apparatus is truck-mounted there was no mess with water and hoses. He finished in less than two hours, including the application of ScotchGuard protectant. He was very professional and did a great job. He didn't leave the carpets overly wet as some competing carpet cleaners have done in the past. My old carpets look better than ever. Will definitely use them again.
