I had used this company about five years ago. I didn't remember much about that experience except that I was pleased with the results, so I decided to call them again when I needed some cleaning done (in May 2012). I am extremely pleased with the entire experience from start to finish. When I called for the estimate, I spoke with the owner- a down to earth, great guy. He explained everything in detail regarding how they clean, the process, drying times, etc. He answered all my questions and was very reasonable when we discussed price. I thought the cost was more than fair for the amount of work I had them do. I think I got a very good deal. The tech who came to do the work was right on time! He was really friendly, polite and professional. He moved furniture pieces , as need, to clean. Moved them back of course. (He didn't move large items, like beds, armoires, huge chests, etc. They told me this before I ever booked so this was no surprise to me. And I never would expect them to move things like that anyway). He worked quickly, but very efficiently. When he was done, he went over the estimated drying times for the carpet versus upholstery etc. Very pleased with the results. I will say that I had this cleaning done because it had been five years since I moved into this house. The house was only 2 years old at that time and the carpets were like new (the previous ownder rarely used those bedrooms or that family room). Nonetheless, I felt it was time for them to be cleaned. So, they were not cleaning heavy stained carpeting or carpeting with bad odors or anything like that. Same with the sofas and ottoman (they are not that old). The patio furniture cushions were a different story. really dirty. He did an excellent job on those! Now , if only he could have made the faded fabric go back to it's original color :) I would recommend this company and will use them again.

This is the second time I have used the company. The first was a few months ago on a rental property I was preparing to sell. They worked miracles on some of the dirtiest home carpets I have ever seen. This time I had them clean our church sanctuary, children's department rooms,and area rugs. They again, did a fabulous job on some really worn and dirty carpets. They were able to get up almost every stain (which there were a lot). The candle wax and a couple ink stains that were not able to be removed were well communicated before they left. They were very flexible in adding additional spaces that were not included in the initial quote.When called to give a quote, they came the same afternoon to do so. They were scheduled within a week as the prices were much more reasonable than the other quotes received and due to my past experience. The technician came on time and worked non-stop for almost 4 and a half hours to get it done. I would definitely use them again.

The company and tech were very professional and friendly. They told me honestly what could and couldn't be cleaned (had a couple spots with something hardened deep in the carpet. What he could not get out of the carpet, he told me how I could take care of it. Once complete, the carpets almost looked new.

I choose them because they were in Angie's list book. They were on time and thoroughly. I was very happy.

I'd used this company before and they were very good. This was the exact opposite. Knocked and chipped paintwork, didn't move furniture (and most of it I'd already moved), the carpet didn't look anywhere as clean as last time (yet it was in better condition to begin with than the last time) and, over 24 hours later, it is still very damp in places eventhough I've had the heat on and the fan running for a lot of that time.

The technicians were very polite and professional. They actually arrived early, but called before they came. We had many persistant hairball stains which they worked on for me and the stains are greatly lightened. It is a rainy day so I was told it will take 8 - 10 hrs to dry, but the carpets are not soaking wet. The technician told me the correct way to treat animal stains and other kinds of stains ( I had unfortunately bleached out my carpet by using a spot carpet cleaner). All in all, I am very pleased with their work and will no doubt recommend them to family and friends.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED WITH THE CARPET CLEANING. THEY DIDN'T MOVE FURNITURE, THEY DIDN'T PRESPRAY AND THEY WERE IN AND OUT OF THE HOUSE WITHIN AN HOUR. THE QUALITY OF WORK WAS NOT GREAT FOR THE PRICE PAID.

I THINK THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS ALRIGHT. WHEN I HAD SPECIFIC QUESTIONS I FELT LIKE THEY WERE GOING TO DO ANYTHING TO GET A GOOD RESULT. THEN THE GUY WHO CAME SAID THAT IT WASNT EXACTLY TRUE SO I DIDNT THINK THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. IT SEEMED LIKE THEY WERE TRYING TO MAKE A SALE.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE GOOD. THEY GAVE ME AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY GOT HERE. THE PUNCTUALITY WAS GREAT. OVERALL THEY WERE GOOD. THE QUALITY WAS GOOD. I DON'T LIKE PAYING FOR ANYTHING BUT COMPARED TO OTHER PLACES, THE WAS GOOD. HE WAS A NICE GENTLEMEN AND WAS VERY THOROUGH. AS FAR AS TIME, HE WAS VERY TIMELY AND QUICK.

THEY SEEMED TO DO THEIR JOB AND THEY WERE NEAT ABOUT IT. THEY WERE IN AND OUT. THEY WERE WILLING TO HELP IF NEEDED. THEY SEEMED TO BE COMPETITIVE WITH EVERYBODY ELSE. WE HAD A COUPON FOR A ONE ROOM CLEANING.
