The service was fine, quick appointment, my carpet is too worn to get the cleaning I wanted.

I called Kentuckiana Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning on Monday to schedule an appointment. They said they could come out on Wednesday, which I thought was really fast. I scheduled my appointment for Thursday. The technician called me about 15 minutes before he got here. He was very professional and friendly. He moved my furniture during the cleaning (after I had cleaned off all knick knacks and breakable items from coffee table and end tables. My desk is so heavy that I just had him clean around that and my fish tank. When he was finished he put my furniture on blocks or plastic squares that I can remove when it dries. I was very pleased with how clean my carpets were and how fast he was. I had quite a few spots that I didn't think would come out but when he was finished they were gone!!! I had tried spot removers from the store and never was able to get the spots out. My carpet looks totally different. I would recommend Kentuckiana Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning to anyone who wants a professional cleaning. Bill, my technician, was extremely friendly and professional. I will definitely call them again when I need my carpets cleaned.

Great experience overall, on time, go the extra mile and move things etc. Will use again, as much more reasonable than others that provide the same services, additionally the work and results are above others.

Wonderful experience! They worked h****** our carpets....we have white carpeting and three young children...not a good combination. We have had several carpet cleaners come to our house since moving to Louisville. Kentuckiana Carpet did the best!

They arrived on time and finished very quickly. Cleaned walkable space.I have carpet in kitchen so it is high traffic area. This price is excellent for cleaning a floor but they did tell me they would not come back to my area for this price. That should be an issue that you know about before you purchase special.

I emailed the company and within a couple days I received a call back with an estimate and why I should use this company. I called yesterday and they worked me in the next day! They came out and cleaned the whole house. They got out stains that someone else had told me would not come out. I will definitely call them again and would recommend them to my friends and family.

This was a Angie's list promotion coupon price. Called them Monday morning and told them I had coupon and needed them to come as soon as possible due to stains incurred over weekend. Received a call back from them Monday and arranged for appointment between 8 and 9 Tuesday morning. Arrived at 8:30 a.m. Cleaning was satisfactory.

Overall, they did a great job. They were punctual and my carpets looked great after they finished. For some reason, which I don't remember, he didn't have any dry towels. So I gave him some of mine to use. My only complaint would be that when they left, the wet towels were left in a pile on my HARD WOOD FLOOR. Minor mistake that could have been a major one. Fortunately, I found them before any damage occurred.

Very pleasant experience. Arrived when he said he would. Gave me a price on the extra rugs. Cleaned and scotchgarded all and did them in the time he said he would. Would recommend them to anyone.

Scheduling the service was a very easy and comforting experience. I needed to add additional services and the quotes were easy to get. The gentleman was on time and did a excellent job on my carpet. The cleanup was great.Post instructions were given and that was greatly appreciated. I would definitely use this service again!

I spoke to three different people and each of them were great to work with. I even asked to reschedule the cleaning day and they made the change without any hesitation. Unfortunately, the originally scheduled time must not have gotten removed so I got a call saying they were on their way a day early. He had no problem with the change and came back the next day at the rescheduled time. On the cleaning day he explained before starting that the red stains most likely would not come up. Other than those stains the carpets looked and smelled great. He went above and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning but with the excellent customer service I received I wouldn't hesitate to contact them for any of their services.

I bought 2 Deals - 4 rooms - and was able to get an appointment on my next off-day. I was given a three-hour window. Since I was not completely ready at 11:00 a.m., I was glad when he phoned and said he would be there about 12:00. At 12:00 he phoned and said that traffic was delaying him. He arrived about 12:30. I was ready by then He was done with the cleaning in just over an hour, well within the three-hour window. What a difference! He needed the coupon code, which I had filed somewhere, but was able to get it online.

Everyone we were in contact with were extremely professional and courteous. They arrived on time and phoned ahead to let us know they were on their way - which we appreciated because we have two rowdy dogs that we always have to corale before we can open the front door. They were very careful with the household furnishings and did a very thorough job. We will defintely use them again.

I would NEVER recommend this provider to anyone! When they cleaned my carpets they put my couch legs down on the wet carpet without putting any pads or carpet protectors between the furniture and the carpet. The stain from furniture and the moisture from under the legs caused permanent discoloration for the carpet. I called the company and they came back but were unsuccessful at removing the stain. On top of all of that, an item was taken (stolen) from my house and the technician left his sweatshirt and cleaning chemicals behind. I've had my carpets cleaned dozens of times and have never been so dissatisfied with a service as I was with this company.

the company did a great job. they called in advance to let me know they were coming as promised. They arrived on time. The service representative (Bob) was polite and very professional. He had the whole job done in just over an hour. I couldn't be more pleased.

They came on time and were only 30 min's for 2 1/2 rooms. It looked Great. Better than I could do with a rental cleaner. I will call them back for my basement soon!

The cleaner arrived on time, was professional and courteous, worked very efficiently and quietly, and completed the work within the promised time frame. The appearance of the carpets and upholstery was much improved.

I was pleased with his service. He was prompt, professional, and did a good job cleaning. However I felt it was a bit expensive.
