Keller Roofing and Siding

I called Keller Roofing and Siding for a roof replacement estimate. Two individuals came out, a man and a woman. They did a thorough inspection of the roof and mailed an estimate. After a week or so I called them back with some questions and left a voice mail message. No one returned the call. I called again several times trying to get a live person, but with no luck. So I left another voice mail. Still no return call. I found their website and entered my contact information and a description of the job. Still no reply. After several weeks of being ignored, I decided to call it a loss and write a review. They were quite pleasant when they came out to look at the roof, but completely ignored me after the estimate was mailed. Maybe they went out of business--but their voice mail leads me to believe otherwise.
