Description of Work: We used Johnson Commercial. They tore out old carpet and put in new carpet.

+ 0 moreThey're wonderful. They're outstanding and they have great pricing. They were better than what I dreamed of. The quality of the flooring was better than I thought, it looked like a commercial grade. They were on time and helpful. I had an issue, one of their guys knocked one of my sensors off in my security system when going out the door and they replaced the door. I called back and they were just helpful. They called my security company and they were willing to pay for it. They did it but they went over and above trying to compensate for an error that occurred which I thought customer satisfaction was meant there. The flooring itself was just super fantastic, I just love it. The quality was as thick and thicker than some of the other with high rates.
Description of Work: Johnson's Commercial Flooring came out to install vinyl flooring.

Description of Work: GREAT, GREAT, GREAT. They called me the day before the scheduled date. When they thought they might be 1/2 hour late on the next day they called the day before. They called again on the actual installation date to tell me that they could come earlier is that suited my schedule. I was sewing in another room and they kept me up-to-date on their process and progress. They worked without lunch or break until the job was finished. They replace a strip where the bedroom carpet meets the bathroom tile and I like it better than what was originally there. They moved all the furniture in family room and bedroom without incident and returned all furniture items back to original location (including re-making the bed). They were professional, friendly, extremely pleasant. They vaccumed both rooms with their own machine and left carpet pieces for high traffic areas which they cut and trimmed.

+ -1 moreI don't have the pricing. They were professional. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. They did the job super quick. The quality of the product was good. They did a good job. We did 3 bids and they were the middle bid, but their carpet was superior so we thought the $300.00 difference was the best.
Description of Work: Johnsons Commercial Flooring located in Louisville came out last month and did the flooring at work. They replaced the carpeting in 3 offices and also laid some vinyl.
