Awful! Do not use this company! Unprofessional. Overcharged for services. Did not complete the job and did not do the things I paid for out of pocket! Other items were paid by warranty company. Then they put the condensate line in incorrectly and I had water all over my basement floor - and damaged drywall! Terrible!!! Code violations and more!

Quite poorly.
Description of Work: We went through 2-10 home warranty who contracts out to JLM. The technicians were at our house on 5/18 and a diagnosis wasn't filed until 5/30. During this time we called JLM once or twice daily leaving voicemails and they never responded. If I could rate them 0 stars, I would. When we finally got ahold of them, the diagnosis was processed the next day which according to the receptionist, is a coincidence but I don't buy it. Horrible customer service, exceedingly inconvenient and rude. I advise trying to find someone else to work with when it comes to a warranty company because JLM can't handle it!!

After three weeks, $100 service call fee, 2 different technicians that didn't fix the problem, numerous unreturned phone calls, and countless excuses we still have no A/C and are starting all over with another company.
Description of Work: Our Home Warranty company contracted JLM to fix our A/C which had stopped working.

Larry came out to identify the problem and said he'd be out 11 a.m. on Saturday. Saturday at noon I called the company to check the status of Larry and was told he does not work on the weekends. I was then talked to in a rude manner for no reason at all and told that I was a home warranty and not a paying customer so they would not be catering to my needs. Long story short they start ignoring our phone calls and never came back to complete the work. Still trying to get our money back.
Description of Work: Our AC went out so we called our Home Warranty Company and they sent Larry with JLM services.

My Furace stopped working on a Sunday . I had been gone all day , and when I got home my house was freezing inside, I called JLM services they answered the call immediately said that they would be to my house within an hour and a half , he was on time very nice professional man . He went beyond the Call of Duty to get the parts needed ,and the furnace running again that night for me, and my kids ,and for that I was so grateful, but what makes this review a little more special. I think he could tell that we are a struggling family , because when he handed me the bill it said zero amount, I tried my best to pay him something for all his work, and parts, but he wouldn't accept a dime . I am so very thankful to JLM services for all they done for us that night.

They were HOURS late not minutes....(multiple times). They lied about the diagnosis to increase their charges (as confirmed by a different company) and then purposely left intergraded parts of the air conditioner uninstalled causing both further damages and costs. (Once I told them I was going to get a second opinion, they went outside and took those parts out of service.) Although I did not hire this company via Angie's list, I felt obliged to let their members be made aware of this scam artist. I have never made a review on a website prior to this incident in my life, but the combination of negligence, untruthfulness, and overall deception mandates that I spread the word. Don't get fooled!

Description of Work: Failed to show for first appointment; didn't call for two days. In "repairing" AC, did not even remove cover of unit. AC quit again 45 minutes after technician left--and started putting out heated (furnace) air instead.
