He did the last 3 times for me and is pretty very reasonable. He has full set of equipments; it didn't take him very long to do it. He has till trim and brought the big trailer right in and has spare rider with it. He did it all of last year and he just got done this yesterday. He use to bill me once a month, it is like $15. I have big yard. It was good bargain. If you have a big grand lawn mower, it won't take long to do it. He has got power trimmers and riding lawn movers. He just walked around and pretty fast the mowers and trimmers did the job. He trimmed around the flower beds and everything. I used them last year and this year. I was impressed with their quality of work and professionalism. No complaint whatsoever. He is a very nice guy. Most of the time, he come in and does the work and at the end of the month he sends me the bill. I had a lot of experience with him. I saw him in the neighborhood and I walked up to him and asked him how much you charge. He charged the similar as the past month and the price was agreeable so he went ahead and did it. He gave 5 different dates and this year was an odd ball starting time. He gave me an opportunity when I want him to start. I left it to his discretion, that's what he did. He did it yesterday. I would rate him highly all the way down. I am very satisfied with him. I don't have a time set for him because he knows to come on in and do the job. There is no communication there. He is very professional. This is his only income, so he comes right on in and does the job. He doesn't have any other work that he does. I will absolutely use him in the future.
