+ -1 moreRipoff. Service tech and repair were OK, but over $200 with coupons for 40 minutes work was a ripoff. Would have charged $93 service run if you didn't hire them after the outrageous quote. Would have been $327 without coupons. Ridiculous!

+ 0 morethe reservation agent stated one of the senior technicians 'should be able work' on my water heater. when the technician arrived, he advised me he did not have any training on this unit. he then suggested we power down the water heater and possibly reset the computer 'motherboard.' we were successful in restarting the hybrid feature of the water heater. after 24 hours, the system is still operating normally. note: i gave a N/A rating for price. i, as the consumer, could argue that the technician didn't have system training. the vendor could argue the water heater was 'repaired' after power was removed and restored from the water heater. i will let the reader decide. the reservation agent and technician were very professional and polite. jarboe's uses a text system to introduce the customer to the technician and provides prompt updates as to time of arrival.
