Description of Work: Flush valve needed to be replaced on my five-year old Kohler toilet. The summary of findings report left with my mother (she met the technician) said that I needed--at a minimum--a "major tank rebuild" at a cost of at least $617. He even priced out a whole new toilet. Instead, after a little research, I went to Ferguson's Bath and Lighting and purchased a flush valve canister for under $25 which I installed myself. I sent the company a letter expressing my disappointment. I will never use them again.

Description of Work: I give Jarboe's An A+. Let me know what was going on. Answer any question I had. Was very clean workers. And clean up afterward.Set down and explain everything before they left. I would call on them anytime. I can't leave out how nice they were. The person that set everything up was also very nice.

Description of Work: Jarobe's came out to fix the humidifier on our furnace and upon inspection said we only needed a new filter. Also, they gave us a free inspection and estimates for a couple of things they found. I appreciate their detailed explanations.
