I've used Jarboes several times for different reasons. Today they came to my home to look for a leak, as our water bill has been outrageous. No leak was detected but great advice was given. Previously I've had HVAC service done and sump pump replacement. I am continually pleased with their service and expertise. My calls have always been returned immediately, even on weekends, appointments are always as soon as possible and at a fair cost. Thank you, Jarboes, for giving me a place I can trust for many of my home upkeep needs!

Our main sewer line was clogged and ready to potentially backflow into our house. I called another highly recommended plumbing company on Angies List and they would not give any type of estimate of cost on the phone. When I called Jarboes the very polite receptionist stated that she would contact a technician and call back with an estimate. She promptly returned my call with a fair estimate of cost and set up an appointment. The technician arrived 25 minutes after her return call. Very pleased with the whole experienc e and would highly recommend this company.

The only concern that I had was that when the inspector came, they had not installed the safety valve or some sort when they did the original installation. But they rectified it very quickly. The inspector came back and everything was good. I have recommended them and I will use them in the future.

In all every single way the associates at Jarboe's have exceeded my expectations! I have seen 5 different service men in under a week. Each one was friendly, professional, prepared and very helpful. Paul Lee, Andrew, Jacob Sanders, Pete, and Greg Wilhite were all awesome! If Jarboe's does it, I will not use anyone else. This is the company you always hope you get when you call. I strongly recommend them!

I could not be happier with all the work that Jarboe's performed. They were extremely professional from the moment I contacted them. They promptly responded to my request for an esimate. First Shower Repair When they arrived to give me the estimate they instantly saw the source of the problem and they tried to locate a part for it. After some research they told me the company was no longer in business and that the part I needed was not readily available from main suppliers. Jeff provided me with the name and model of the shower and told me the exact part that was needed. I did some research on the internet and discovered that a company in California had the part I needed in stock. Jeff contacted them, and had the part shipped (he also suggested I purchase some extra stock in case this problem arose again). Second Shower Repair The shower in my second bathroom had a broken temperature regulator handle. I talked with several other plumbers about fixing it and they all said it would be a big job to remove a cabinet from behind the wall to get to the part that needed to be replaced. Jarboe's gave me a very realistic assessment of what it would take to do the work, including estimates based on how extensive the removal portion of the job would be. I decided to more forward with the project knowing that the job would most likely require some tearout. As soon as the parts were available they arranged to have the work done. The workmen came in and very efficiently fixed both issues. They even found a way to replace the one temperature regulator without having to take off the cabinet. The work they completed was excellent, and they indicated that the job would be requoted because they did not have to perform the more extensive cabinent remove and tearout work. Third Problem -- Cold Lower Level I also asked them to give me their assessment of what it would take to fix a problem I had with my lower level room temperature. The finished walkout room was much too cold in the summer when the upstairs AC was on (it did not have a separate zone). I had two other companies give me suggestions and estimates on how to fix the problem. Both estimates involved very extensive work and the estimates ranged from $2500 - $6000. Jeff came in, looked at my furness's and gave me a fantastic suggestion that involved adding a very quiet fan to one furness to enable continuous movement of the air between my first and lower level floors. It was brillant --- and it worked! I was able to solve a problem that had eluded me for the past several years and it was done at a relatively low cost because he took the time to really think out how the issue could be solved rather than just suggesting an expensive fix that required rezoning and tearouts. Since the work mentioned above was done so professionally and thoughtfully I have asked them to come back and solve yet another electrical problem I have. I am awaiting a quote on that work. I can honestly highly recommend Jarboe's and I am so glad I was able to find them on Angie's list.

They were easy to contact through their website, and called the next business day, made an appointment and showed up a little early. The gentleman repaired both leaks in about an hour. The only minus here is the price. $184 for an hour's work seems like a lot.

We chose them because their pricing and they also did great work. The owner was very honest.

Everything was great, no complaints. Prompt work, arrived on time, were courteous and helpful, everything was fixed. Also, the company was very good about confirming the appointment, and they even called about 30 minutes after the plumber left, to confirm we were happy and had no issues. Very pleased!

I called Jarboe's at 1:45 this afternoon after finding the drain in my basement clogged. I expected that with it being Friday afternoon it would not be until Monday that a service call would be made. The gentlemen arrived within 40 minutes of my initial call and were finished before 3:00. Not only was the service excellent and the service charge far lower than I expected, I was given a gift bag from the Jarboe's! I highly recommend their service and will definitely use them again. A/C unit stopped working sometime in the night. Called about 10am Monday morning and they were out by 2pm. Called ahead of time to inform they were on their way. Provided estimate and requested approval to perform work. I already knew I had a leak somewhere in the system and he provided advice on options regarding the leak. Followed up with a call from the company regarding service techs work and sent a thank you card with a 20% discount on future service over $250.

We were pleased with both the a/c tech and the plumber. They were prompt in arriving, took great care in cleaning up, wearing protective covering on their shoes and working efficiently.

I have a contract with them and they come to check whatever I need in that year for heating and cooling. They are wonderful and clean. They yes ma'am you to death. I tried them about 10 years ago and they are absolutely wonderful. They get here really fast and when they say they will. If they are 2 minutes late they would call and tell you. I have used them for plumbing, heating and cooling. I have a yearly contract with them and they do the cleaning for the heating or air conditioning whichever the season is. They put Freon or whatever is needed and bring new filters. They give me a discount on the parts if there are any problems and the service is free. Each individual who comes here is great.

They did a fine job. Moderate amount of mess and traffic but cleaned up afterwards. Two guys, one very nice and professional with a chatty assistant. Changed appointment time at the last minute to an earlier slot which did create a hitch but I got the job done sooner.

We were very pleased with the representative and the unit. The workers were very dilligent and knowledgable. The company has been good to deal with I would highly recommend them.

I woke one morning to find a toilet that was backed up and putting two upstairs bathrooms out of commission. Then our downstairs bath plugged as well. Since we just moved into our home I called our home warranty company. They referred us to two different plumbers, neither of which could come out for at least one day. I called Jarboe's and they sent a crew out that afternoon. Greg came and did a fantastic job. Turns out we had two different lines plugged (for those who don't know- don't use flushable wipes... apparently the previous owners loved them). They gave me a fair price and had all our bathrooms functional within about 2 hours. I will most definitely use Jarboes again!

The installation of our new heating and air conditioning unit was very quick and efficient. The servicemen were very professional and friendly.

The company was excellent in their response to our problem (a one day turn around). They called and arrived promptly at their stated time. Cleared out our closet to get to the crawlspace and went to work immediately on getting everything they needed to solve the problem. They were clean, efficient and courteous as I had just had shoulder surgery and they tried to be as quiet and unobtrusive as possible. Upon completion, they put everything back in the closet as it was, cleaned up and wiped down the work area. They also made recommendations to help with the flow of the line leading

The plumbers were prompt and very professional. We are very pleased and will not hesitate to use them again when needed. We have used Jarboes in the past and have always been pleased.

Prompt, professional service. The quality of the job was excellent except it wasn't weather inside sealed after replacement. just thin amt outside. left a large gap inside. I used window sealer to complete the job. I needed my outside faucet to be replaced after a freeze. Simple straight forward, easy to reach. I believe it was 80.00 to come out for a service estimate. I agreed but the estimate was 478.00 which I thought was expensive. If I declined I still owed 80.00. If I accepted, then no fee. The 478.00 was discounted to 438.00 if I accepted Carefree agreement which I did not see a value to, but I accepted. I paid total 438.00 for non-emergency replacement of outdoor water faucet. which had frozen and cracked. the existing pipes were intact and did not require replacement. Approximately . 3 years prior Jarboes with previous owner, I paid apx. 450.00 (if my memory is correct) for TWO outside water faucets, and TWO lever shutoffs. One of the shut offs was thrown in because I had declined, as the plumber knew I was making a mistake. I called the new Jarboes true home service manager to discuss the new faucet cost, he was polite, professional and declined to make an adjustment. Good company professional staff, just expensive in my opinion.

I was worked into the schedule immediately. Jr arrived and was very pleasant and professional. He did a great job and left my kitchen clean and tidy. I have used Jarboes in the past, and they have always done quality work and their prices seem to be very competitive. I would hire them again, and recommend them to friends and family.

Great. Reasonable price for good equipment, work done on time and cleaned up well. Good service (just annual maintenance) since then. Equipment works well. My only reservation was that the last serviceman wore cut-offs and a t-shirt. I'm used to seeing more professional attire.

Had Jarboe's come out to fix an issue that supposedly been fixed by a different company. Buford was wonderful! He spent a lot of time with my Mom, making sure she understood the problem and what he was doing to fix it. The company was very good about calling ahead for reminders and even a follow call and a thank you card.

Pual the plumber plus an assistant arrived as arranged on Sunday afternoon promptly and fixed leak quickly. Also provided quote to replace all copper plumbing. Very sharp and pleasant individual.

Arrived same day we called, on time. Excellent courteous & clean. Very pleased with service. Have used this company for 20 years for heat, cool, & plumbing.
