Description of Work: Put vinyl siding on room addition, wrapped wood trim on the rest of the house and installed gutters. Work looks good, had one problem with trim around front door. Called Mr. Band and they came out next day and fixed it.

Description of Work: Jack and his crew didn't meet my expectations, they far exceeded them. Jack and his staff worked from early in the morning until dusk to make sure the project was completed in an expedited fashion. The finished product was excellent and the crew did a great job of cleaning up once the project was complete. Don't waste your time looking around, just call Jack.

Description of Work: MR. BAND CAME TO OUR HOME TO GIVE AN ESTIMATE FOR A ROOM ADDITION. WE NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM ON THE COST OR ANY RESPONSE AT ALL, IT WAS LIKE HE NEVER EVEN CAME TO OUR HOME AT ALL. POOR BUSINESS SENSE.

Description of Work: Mid July I had Jack Band Builder Inc to repair a dry wall in the living area which had a roof water damage. He also painted it for us.

+ 2 moreHe and his team did a wonderful job. He builds homes and does home remodeling. He does commercial and residential. He does just about anything due to this economy. We were really impressed with him. We are probably going to throw him some more work soon. He has a website. It was a monstrous job and they spent a lot more time than they thought they were going to. He did a lot of extra things and didn't charge for it. He set his price and stuck with it. I liked his communication. We got two other bids and he was the lowest with the best quality.
Description of Work: We used Jack Band Builder to do some replacement windows. There were 3 huge windows. They were like pictures windows on the second floor of a condo.
