J.D. is a professional. He lays down cardboard on the bathroom floor so he doesn't get it dirty while working. He arrives on time, as promised with the parts that are needed to fix the problem. We actually had him out last week expecting to have to replace the whole faucet. He told us that it had a lifetime warranty and gave us the part numbers and the phone number to call. We called, they sent us the parts for free and J.D. came back today to install them. He took the time to explain that the faucet has a setting on it that you can set to the warmth of the water that you want. The people who installed the original never told us it did that. He had me check it and then set it for me. He also told me that I could send a copy of the receipt to the water company to have my bill adjusted since it's been leaking so badly. So to me, he went over and above by providing the best service, helping us save money and providing me with additional information that was so helpful. He is awesome and I would highly recommend him to anyone! I will continue to use him for all of our plumbing needs!

Over the Christmas holiday our very old kitchen sink failed. J.D. , having worked on our sink in the past, told us to go to our local hardware store and purchase the sink of our choice that would fit our standard countertop. He came the very next day, arrived on time, called before he came and installed the sink. Allowing us to go pick up the sink saved us money and insured that we got what we wanted. While he was here, he also fixed the drain in our bathtub. He was professional, knowledgable and is obviously skilled and experienced. We would recommend J.D. to anyone.
