I won't get those till the end of March; it's about 6 or 8 weeks late. They were very nice and actually scheduled the day very closed to what I'd called them and they came out and showed me the sample which was very helpful. I am just waiting to see the finished product. So far everything has gone really well and I thought the pricing was good. The people that I've talked to were helpful. So until I get the finish the project I can?t say anymore.

Carissa visited our home after calling ahead on the appointed day. She showed us samples of their entire line of Venetian blinds. She offered to apply the 50% off sale that was ongoing (which we did not know about.) She measured the eight windows and wrote up the order. We paid the required 50% down by check and she gave us a copy of the order with an included receipt for the check. David, the contracted installer, called an hour ahead and arrived on time on the day of installation. We had cleared in front of each window as requested. He immediately showed his professionalism by checking his work order and laying out each blind at the applicable window before starting installation. As he removed the sheet foam packing and shrink wrap from each blind, he stuffed them into a plastic bag. When he screwed in the last screw, he was finished with his clean up. He told us how to clean the blinds, we wrote him a check for the remainder and he was finished and gone in an hour.
