Exceptional work

They did not provide an explanation of radon data and when I called they were just plain nasty. No idea why. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

Dennis was our PM; and was excellent to deal with; kept us well informed and provided clear explanation of all options and ultimate equipment install.

The repairman was very courteous. and he explained the system and what he needed to do to repair it. He also told me that the electrical portion was not up to code and recommended an electrician and contacted him for me and it was all taken care of a very timely manner. I would recommend this company anytime.

Fixed Radon Fan exhaust piping. They were easy to communicate with and did good work. Also very responsive and quick to the job.

They showed up when they said, did what they told me they would and respected the price they quoted. My levels were a 3.3 after testing but the representative said they would reach out to us in a few days to look at the next steps to lower levels. The work was done in a professional manner and looks like a quality installation.

Very professional and knowledgeable staff! I hired them to solve high Radon readings in the basement and highly recommend IPM. The team new what needed to be done and explained it to me while answering the many questions I had. They installed a fan to an existing passive system and their mitigation plan is working. Very friendly and reasonably priced.

Our radon motor pump was not working. They came out and inspected and took model number to order. Had motor in few days and replaced in less than 30 min. Coming out today to leave sensor to measure radon in basement to verify working. All part of quote. Happy with quick response and repair.

I needed to have Radon remediation done in my home. The home had a passive system installed during construction. I talking to several companies they stated they may need to add a 4 inch pipe and do all kinds of other things to get the level down. Oh yea they had not even stepped in the home but the way they talked they lead me to believe they me be wanting to just get as much money from me as possible not save me money to lower the radon levels. With IPM (Dennis and his son) it was clear from the minute he looked at the passive system he wanted to lower the radon levels but also was focused on doing it at the lowest price possible. This company is truly fair and honest what a breath of fresh air, thank you Dennis!!!

Many thanks to IPM Services for installing the radon mitigation system. The reading before was 6.6 (actionable is 4.1). They picked up the retest this morning at it was 0.70!!! They were the lowest bid and by far the friendliest, most informative company we talked to (got bids from 6 companies ranging from $875 to $1400 - some didn't even come out to look at the location). Dennis came out, explained what they would do (down to worst case scenario of no air flow under the house which would necessitate going through HVAC at a cost of $2500-3000), gave us a written quote and could install within the week. Showed up on time, install done in about 2 hours, cleaned up and explained everything about the system. Let it run for a few days before doing retest. Communications with the office have been great! Highly recommended IPM!!!
