Took my car up to Hunt and Knight Automotive because my AC went out and my hood latch was broken. They got me all fixed up and saved me a ton of money. Mark and his team were so nice and professional and even offered to give me a ride to work while they had my car. I will definitely be using them for all my car repairs going forward.

We were fully prepared to pay between $3k and $4k to replace the lifters on our truck. We had been told by a dealer that they could not replace lifters but that we needed an engine at a cost of $8k. We were upset but decided to check around. We were referred to Hunt & Knight by the shop that replaced the transmission a couple months earlier. They gave us a very good price to replace the lifters but when they called us they told us that the problem was not the lifters. It was just a cracked manifold. Wow!! They replaced the manifold and a couple other things that we needed done and the price was unbelievable! So fair! And the work was done quickly! We will definitely refer all our friends to them in the future. They could have ripped us off because we were expecting something way worse but they didn't. Honest and fair, polite and quick. Definitely worth a AAA rating.

They guarantee the work for a year or 12,000 miles and they do great work.

They were amazing. My car died and they actually drove me and they went above and beyond to help me. I will use them for everything. Their price was right because I thought other guys quoted me a lot higher than what they charged.

v After car was repaired, the brakes still did not stop the car as 'quickly' as they had when they were working well. I took the car back and they replaced the frt brake rotors (warr defect) without delay and with no additional cost. They were at all times attentive and responsive to my automotive needs, and this repair and the other work they have done for my car has.been well done. They have, at least twice, replaced a light bulb and answered other questions for me plesantly and without charge. They have recharged my AC fluid several times, changed the oil and done other repairs, always letting me know the price involved. They are always willing to discuss prices with you. We have lived in the Jeffersontown area for 13 years and have used this repair service for my Buick since I purchased it, at least 6-7 years ago. They are my 1st choice for repairs.

They found and repaired the noise without advising of the cost before servicing. About hit the floor when they told me the cost. This place is expensive and will pad the bill to fit their needs. They do no care about their customers. They could not care less about the misunderstanding. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY WILL TAKE YOU IF THEY CAN. $1200 is a lot for a loose spark plug, especially when they don't let you know before it starts getting into big money. Will never go back!

Took vehicle in on Monday, got it back on Wednesday.

They replaced the gas tank. The fuel was dripping from it. There was a leak. I love this company. He gives you other options than giving you a new factory part. A lot of places don't give you other options. I have been using him for 3 years. He is very honest. Honesty is his best trait. Pricing is average. He is very good and I trust his company.

They take care of me. I just drop my car off and call them the next day and say what's wrong, and they'll get it done. I've been using them for about five years.

This event was a couple of years ago, but was a memorably bad experience. 10 years ago I used them and they were good. At the time of my visit, a couple of years ago, their service was poor, their prices were high, and their personnel were rude. I have tried them twice since moving back to Louisville and will not try again.

Hunt and Knight Automotive Techs auto place is really a great place. Their prices are affordable. My communication with them has been good. They have trustworthy men working for them. I would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

They specialize in old cars and Corvettes mainly. They did the drivetrain repair. They did a great job. They definitely are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. I would use them again in the future.
