home inspection
 + -1 moreI renovate homes and have depended on Dave Scott for both pre-purchase and post-purchase inspections. On pre-purchase inspections, I have been surprised at how close he can estimate the total repair costs and the number of necessary repairs that most inspectors would overlook. I know in selling a renovated home that Dave has inspected prior to listing that there will be no surprises. I have worked with a number of other inspectors previously, but Dave is the only inspector that I now call on because I trust and respect his work.

home inspection
 + -1 moreAs a Realtor I want the Buyers I represent to have a home inspection done by someone that consistantly does a very thorough inspection. Dave Scott with Housemasters has done that and I would and do recommend him to clients.

 + -1 moreTHEY PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE, TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERYTHING IN THE HOUSE WAS PROPERLY BUILT AND IN WORKING CONDITION. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROMPT AND INSIGHTFUL.
Description of Work: THEY INSPECTED OUR HOME. THEY LOOKED AT THE AC, THE DRYWALL, THE WATER HEATER, ALL THE ELECTRICAL WORK, AND PLUMBING. THEY LOOKED AT EVERY ASPECT OF THE HOUSE.
