Regarding the salesman - when he prepared the estimate, measured wrong and it ended up costing me about $500 more. They weren't able to describe to me what they were going to do with respect to some of the trim. I finally had to buy my own trim and tell them where and how to put it up. I had great difficulty finding anyone that would talk to me and help me with my problem. There were several instances that they said they were going to come and start the job and they didn't for a number of reasons. Installer they eventually sent was very good - easy to communicate with and did a good job. They do offer an excellent warranty.
Description of Work: Replaced soffits, fascia, gutters and downspouts.
