Description of Work: Waterproofed a wall in basement. Have used them before and will again.

Description of Work: They did a great job! Won't know if it functions correctly until we get a good rain. They left our house with the area they were working in completely clean.

Description of Work: Had a leak in the finished basement, Tim determined the water was leaking from a crawlspace. Removed the drywall, sealed the crack. added about 20 ft to an existing French drain. Also dug in the crawlspace and added rock so water drains to the French drain. Also tested my sump pump and older French drain to make sure working before tapping into the existing system. Total time of job about 4-5 hrs. Very professional and now waiting on the next rain. Could not be more satisfied. Would use again but hope won't have to.

Description of Work: Salesman inspected my home inside and out including basement areas that had water during recent heavy rains. He recommended several fixes that I could implement myself that he thought would eliminate all the leaks. Also, he indicated what additional steps he would be provide if my issues were not fixed. It was great to talk with an honest person that wanted to resolve my issues instead of just selling his services.

Description of Work: We are renovating our basement and needed to find out how much it would cost to waterproof. The guy from the company came out and did a very professional assessment. He gave us a price on the entire job but told us how we could do it in stages, as well. We will probably get the work done after the first of the year, when things are not so hectic.

Description of Work: They installed a new sump pump They came on time, were here about 30 minutes, and left. The new pump works fine.

Description of Work: We needed a basement foundation report for an appraisal, so since that was supposed to be included in the $50 for $300 waterproofing we purchased the deal. I thought that they would do some work not just provide a $300 discount if we had them waterproof the entire basement. Worst part is that I had to call mulitple times for them to email the report which took several days to get to me. The way the report was written made it sound like the basement had to have the waterproofing even though the inspector said the foundation was sound. Because of how the report was written, I was unable to refinance my home unless we spent money on the waterproofing. I'm totally unsatisfied and would never recomend Highland.
