I left a message on an answering machine that didn’t sound very professional . I never received a call back. But based on the experience that I had over the phone, I have decided to go with someone else.
Description of Work: I had 3 breakers go out in my home, so I was without electricity in part of my home.

Our voicemail (if you were sent to it) is my voice and my recorded message. I apologize if it did not sound professional. However, we pride ourselves on ANY customer being able to speak directly with the owner when they call. In fact, if I am not in the office the phones are forwarded directly to my cell phone. Although I am not perfect, we do return promptly, all messages left on my voicemail (typically). The guys were efficient (important when the price is based on time and materials.) They were also very neat, which was also important because they were walking around in every room in the house. Heritage isn't the cheapest electrician in town but are worth the extra money.
Description of Work: Tracing and labeling all the circuits in the fuse box and checking power draw on some of the circuits.
