Helping Hand

Janet cleans our 3200 sq foot house every other week. She has always been prompt, honest, and does a great job for what she charges. She is a very kind soul who goes above and beyond to help whenever she can. She even helped us catch up on our laundry with her own washer and dryer when ours was out for repair. I've never had to ask Janet to do anything extra, because she actually throws in extra tasks on every clean herself! In short, she does a spectacular job and we have been very pleased and blessed to have her.

I have used Janet for several months to keep my apartment clean. She is very flexible and I am pleased with her work. My apartment is a typical and quot;bachelor padand quot; so I am sure it isn't always fun cleaning up after me but she does a great job and always finishes my leftover laundry as well. Janet is wonderful. She is professional, friendly, kind, and gets right to work when she arrives. The first time she came we did a brief walk thru so she could get a feel for what the house would involve. She went right to work and worked right up until the time she left. She's a good communicator and calls if she needs to reschedule for any reason. She's really great with my young children and doesn't make me feel bad for having a dirty house that needs her help! We have been very satisfied with her services. I like that she works alone and she does everything to her own standard instead of having helpers come. I like to have just one person in my home and not have to guess who will be coming from week to week. She comes twice a month and cleans 3-4 hours each time. I'll definitely refer her to friends and look forward to having her clean for us in the future.

Janet is reliable, thorough, and always helpful and willing to address additional areas in my home needing attention (e.g., windows, porch, closet organization). In addition to cleaning my house, she also handles laundry. I don't know what I'd do without her!

Janet has cleaned my two story condominium every two weeks for the last year. Her rates are excellent for the work she does. Her schedule is flexible as she will work to fit in special requests; so, you need to be flexible too. She even was able to help me cook and prepare for a book club luncheon when I was recovering from surgery. I couldn't have done it without her. She is completely trustworthy and easy to work with.

We have a predetermined schedule, but if she needs to juggle for whatever reason, she always calls to double check if its OK first. She is trustworthy and thorough in her work. And a delight to work with! She comes to the house while I'm at work. She has a key and lets herself in and out. Never a problem. Trust her completely.
