+ -1 moreI had a great experience at this store. The salesman was very knowledgeable and were able to get me the dishwasher that I wanted because it was quiet and they had very reasonable prices as well.

+ -1 moreHH GREGG DIDN'T TAKE CARE OF THE RUST PROBLEM WITH THE WASHER, THEY SAID THAT THERE WAS NOTHING THEY COULD DO ABOUT THAT. THE DRYER MALFUNCTION AND THE OVEN WERE SUCCESSFULLY FIXED. THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND RESPONDED QUICKLY TO OUR INITIAL INQUIRE.
Description of Work: WITH THE DRYER THERE WAS A MALFUNCTION WITH THE COMPUTER BOARD. THE WASHER HAD A LEAK AND RUSTED WITHIN A YEAR. EVERY TIME I CLEANED THE OVEN IT WOULD SHORT OUT AND NEEDED A FUSE REPLACED.

+ -1 moreTHEY FIXED IT BUT WHEN YOU BUY A NEW APPLIANCE YOU DON'T EXPECT IT TO GO BAD SO QUICKLY, SO I WAS A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED. THE FIRST TIME THEY WERE ON TIME THE SECOND TIME THEY WERE A COUPLE HOURS LATE. IF IT WASN'T UNDER WARRANTY WITH THEM WE WOULD HAVE GONE SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Description of Work: THE BUTTON ON THE DISHWASHER TO TURN IT ON OR OFF WAS NOT WORKING SO THEY CAME IN AND CHANGED THE PART. THEY HAD TO COME TWICE BECAUSE APPARENTLY THEY USED THE WRONG PARTS THE FIRST TIME. THE DISHWASHER BRAND IS KITCHENAID. IT WAS STILL COVERED UNDER THE WARRANTY.
