Steve made a visit to help me decide between a newer programmable Energy Star water heater with larger capacity than I had currently (40 gal unit that was 17 years old) and going with a tankless water heater. I like the tankless concept because I have a wide variation in when I am in need of hot water and have higher capacity needs. We planned the tankless water heater and Steve installed. We really like it and it has freed up some storage area for us in the basement due to the smaller footprint and mounted to the wall.

He had done work for me before too. He bids high, but comes in low. I am probably going to have to get a hot water put in, so he is probably going to do that once I save the money up to do it.

There have been different things like, he fixed the toilet for me, he put in a new faucet for me. So, it has been various things over the years.

Steve Greene I have used for many, many years. When I needed to have my basement finished, my friend Lois Smith "Home Improvement Jeanie" brought him in. I have utilized him ever since,that was in 2001. Steve has had to get on my roof and checked the vents twice, put in a new awesome "TOTO" toilet, and then to the current pipes. He is professional, courteous, and calls with any changes of appointment.

Went extremely well. The faucets look great. Everything was fixed perfectly the first time. Steve is very neat and thoroughly cleaned up any mess. He is very prompt, courteous, and professional.

Steve is always so consciencous about making sure he does the best job for his clients. He had informed us when he gave us the estimate that he thought he would have to cut the drywall in the 1st floor ceiling in order to change out the pipes but he was able to run the pipes from the basement without cutting the wall, thereby not only saving us money but saving us from having to have the entire ceiling replaced and only having to have the area where the water dripped to the ceiling fixed. I am always very confident with Steve's work, he cleans up his messes, does neat work and is such a friendly guy. I would definitely recommend him!

I have been using Steve for probably close to 15 years. He has performed many services for us in two homes including cleaning out a shower drain, fixing toilets, fixing a hot water heater, repairing a hot water line that sprung a leak, installing a new kitchen sink and faucet, and most recently replacing our sump pump. He was fabulous. We have used him for years. He has been the most honest, reliable and trustworthy person we know. We would never thinking of going to anyone else. We have referred him to those also who have been very happy with his services. The price was lower than what we anticipated. He knows what he was doing, his expertise but he would never over price. He charges a reasonable fee for excellent service and when he said something the way it was it was. We have dealt with plumbers in the past but it was not always good. We were so pleased that he was on our list too. We gave him referrals all the time and everyone who has used him was pleased as well.

Every time Steve did the work for us, it was completed with no hassle. He is punctual and respectful of the house, and his charges are very reasonable. Every time he gave us A+ service. He was punctual, courteous and did a first rate job. He cleaned up after the work was done. After completion, he mailed a bill for the work and the total was exactly what he had said it would be.
