+ -1 moreMike and his crew washed the exterior of my house using a special solution applied with a hose and with brushes. Rather than pressure washing, which is harsh, this was more like a gentle scrub, and when they were through (about an hour and a half later) my white vinyl house was gleaming! All green and black mold was gone! Mike also explained that the Angie's List coupon didn't include their special method for cleaning the bottom of the gutters, and I agreed to pay extra for that service. But when the gutters didn't come as clean as Mike wanted, he declined to charge me. He said he would not charge me if the work wasn't up to his standards! His company performs some other home services, and I will definitely call them again.
Description of Work: Mike and his crew washed the exterior of my house, all four sides, from roof to foundation.

+ 0 moreThey told me they could not clean my gutters because they did not have the equipment to do so. Because they could not do the gutter job as planned, they said for another extra amount of money they would treat our fence with water stain. These guys did an F job on that too. They did not clean the fence, only treated parts of it and left at least 1/3 of it untreated. They bought one can of water sealer and when that ran out, apparently they just stopped. Charged me an extra $40 for that on top of the Angie coupon cost. They are pleasant people, punctual, but they could not do the jobs I paid for.

+ -1 moreThis was a great experience and I learned a great deal about the molds of Kentucky. We would hire him again.
Description of Work: Our home like many in the Kentuckian area suffered terribly from algae/molds on two sides of our house. We took bids and selected Green Goose because he did not attempt to sell us on cleaning the entire roof. Only two sides of the house were "infected" and by treating only this part of the house we greatly reduced damage to the rest of the roof. There were two workers; one was the owner, Mike and another helper. We asked for additional services and agreed to the costs upfront. Mike applied roof cleaning solution and cleaned some brick and gutter areas that were badly discolored from the molds. The results were amazing. This application works best if left on the surface for well over 24 hours. Unfortunately we got rain the next day. A week later Mike returned and looked at his work. He called ma and asked if he could come back and touch up a couple of spots. We were so impressed with his professionalism and commitment to make us happy customers I am pleased to highly recommend his services and company.

I could tell he was busy but he squeezed us in. He was professional, polite and the work was done the next day. By the way, the other bid we got for the same job was almost double! My roof looks awesome!
Description of Work: Such a relief to still find honest, courteous professional contractors that do what they say they are going to do, and in a timely manner! My roof looks brand new. I will definitely use this company again.

I saw an Angie's List "special" for "Green Goose" and decided to try it. I wish I had called a little sooner, as there was a bit of a wait. Nevertheless, the person on the phone was very courteous and I scheduled an appointment. They came as scheduled... on time. They got right to work. My husband watched and they were very thorough, yet finished quickly. The service with the "special" was a real bargain and I hope we will be able to do it again in the future.

They wanted to make sure most of the trees near our house were emptied of their leaves before coming (so the gutters would not just reclog). They were willing to wait if that was the case. I thought it was nice they were saving me from having to redo the job. We set up an appointment time. I received a call a day in advance as a reminder. I was greeted by the people on time at my door. They verified that the Big Deal would cover the cost of all the gutters and then offered to blow off our driveway (of leaves) at no additional charge. They did the work to my satisfaction, reporting to me when they were done. Very polite.
Description of Work: Used gutter cleaning big deal through Angie's List. They blew out all the gutters and made sure the drains were free of any blockage.

+ 0 moreMike came over and gave me an estimate of $365.00 and set a date to do the work the next week. He called me the night before to remind me that he would be here the next morning. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They took great care not to dent any gutters while working on the roof and even sprayed off our windows so there wouldn't be any spotting. The gutters look great and I was actually a little surprised because I really didn't think they were that dirty! He power washed my aggregate sidewalk and patio and got it ready for me to seal it tomorrow. I would absolutely recommend Green Goose to anyone!

+ 0 moreI bought it as a Groupon and I was totally floored at how good the company is. There are only a handful of companies around here that do roof cleaning and I didn't know anything about them. They were completely professional and totally reasonable. I was thoroughly impressed with the company and I would highly recommend them. The price would have probably been $350 but I got it for 50 percent because of the Groupon. They also do pressure washing but I haven't used that.
Description of Work: We used Green Goose Roof & Exterior Cleaning to clean the front of the roof. They are coming back to do the back area because it is currently torn up because we are having a pool installed.
