Description of Work: Sam, and I agreed on a price to replumb a house I was remodeling. It did not go well. His organization skills were horrible. He instructed his guys to install fixtures in the wrong area. Installed discharge lines improperly. And was just uncooperative. Then quit upon receiving payment with the job not finished. Do not hire this guy. One of the worst contractors I have worked with.

Description of Work: I have used Graham Plumbng twice in the last two years. They are very professional and do an excellant job. One job involved replacing my outside faucet the other was cleaning a water pipe in the bathroom. The representatives were knowledgeable, professional and tidy! The price was the same as most plumbers. I would and will use them again.

Description of Work: Sold and replaced main floor toilet. I have used Graham's plumbing to replace hot water heater, sump pump and now a toilet. They are prompt, responsive and very professional. I highly recommend their services.

Description of Work: Snake nad clean bathtub and one lavratory drain; replace toilet shut-ff valve that was dripping; basement faucet washers to stop drip; replace worn out garbage disposal.Coureou and did not seem to waste time. Chrged service call of $45 plus $85 per hour plumber time (4.5 hrs.) I think they chrged us $70 per hour in late 2011 so next time I might get a rate quote before authorizing; and compare. Of course you never know whether a lower rate is slower work. The disposal they sell is the Insinkerator Badger 5 and they charged $ 155 for the part--more than on Amazon.Only one plumber came, no helper. He was courteous and did not seem to waste time. His clean up was B plus if not quite A. Total cost was $597.50. They are now addressed as 4600 Pinewood Road; that's close to Bishop Lane but whether the same property I don't know.

Description of Work: I called Graham Plumbing at the recommendation of a friend. I needed a disposal fixed and drains cleaned. The showed up when they said they would/ They were professional and the job was done in an hour. hey had given me an estimate and hey were right on the price. They also replaced an outside faucet.

Description of Work: I have quoted Graham's for multiple jobs but this is the first time I have awarded them business. Sam is very responsive and they are reasonably priced. The guy who performed the service seemed new and took him awhile to complete the job. However, he did a good job and honored the original quote even though it took him longer than expected to complete it. They did did not make a mess and were very professional. I will use Grahams again in the future.
