I recently used Graham's Plumbing for the first time and will be using them again. I quoted out 4-5 companies, some large and small, and Graham was in the competitive range and were available the same week to install. They came out and completed the job as promised. When my tenant called me a week later saying she realized she had no hot water for her washer and she thought it was the water heater, Graham offered their help and sent someone over. When we realized it was a tenant error, they had a pressure sensitive shut-off value hose on their washer, Graham worked with me. Their service is great, you deal direct with the owner. I have rentals and value a good plumber when I see one - I will be using them much more in the future. They are competitively priced with the smaller companies, but provide the service and responsiveness that the larger companies do. Their service is what makes them stand out - you are able to deal with the owner and decision maker, but you get much better reliability than you would with a small outfit. I've had too many plumbers come and go in the past, and I will be using them further. thanks

When we realized that the upstairs toilet was leaking down into the first floor bathroom and to the basement, we called Graham's. Sam answered our frantic call after work hours and eased our minds by telling us what the issue probably was and that everything should be fine until the next day when he could come over. He was very punctual with the appointment and then examined the issue. Sam was correct in his initial assessment and then proceeded to rectify the toilet issue. Since he charges by the hour, I was very appreciative that he worked diligently. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.

Graham's was responsive to calls, scheduling work. They were here when they said they would be and work was completed quickly and all work are cleaned up.

Sam came out for the initial quote and everything seemed to be ok. I ended choosing another company to do the work and Sam called for a follow up. I explained the situation and why I was using a different plumbing company. He then called me a liar for not explaining the work to be done (which I did), said I wasted his time, said I wasted myself a ton of money and then hung up on me. It was the most childish experience I've ever had with any subcontractor or tradesperson. Very unprofessional person.

I was worked in very quickly, and the job was done very efficiently. When I had a follow-up question, Sam and his team came back out and tweaked the initial movement of the gas line to make sure I was completely satisfied. I really can't say enough about their attention to detail and going above and beyond to make sure I, as the customer, was completely happy with the job.

Wife's tub started backing up while showering so we had Graham's out to diagnose. Same day service that afternoon by the owner, Sam. Was honest about what needed to be done and explained throughly. Two guys returned the very next morning to do the main fix which included cutting out old pipe and installing new PVC in a VERY tricky spot. Nice guys, clean work, laid down dropcloths and were careful in our finished lower level, timely, everything was fine. I thought the price was in line as well. Would definitely suggest to anyone! Very prompt, fair, easy to deal with.

It went very well. He came in and took cover off and ran the dishwasher to make sure it was not leaking and it was not.

The fact that they didn't make a weak excuse for their accidental damage impressed me., even though they might have argued well, it was corroded anyway and was going to leak sooner or later regardless.

I called these guys after another plumbing company failed to get my drain unclogged and wanted $1200 to replace the old galvanized stell piping with new PVC piping. They came out on time the following day, and did the work in half the time the other compnay had estimated. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. They will definitely be my first call the next time I have a plumbing issue.

THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE AND PUNCTUAL AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY. I HAVE EVEN USED THEM SINCE AND HAD THE SAME EXPERIENCE. I WOULD GLADLY REFER THEM FOR ANY PLUMBING JOB. I WORK IN THE HOME INSPECTION FIELD AND I FEEL SAFE RECOMMENDING THEM TO ANY OF MY CUSTOMERS.

They did a great job. Other plumbers said it was not possible to move my garbage disposal to the left sink but Grahams sent a very competent young man out and he made it work. He was here several hours and worked very hard and it turned out great. I'm very happy.

LG&E decided to repair all the gas lines in my neighborhood the week before Thanksgiving. Yesterday, a representative showed up at my door informing me that they would be by in the morning to check out all my gas appliances. Since my house was still standing and my bunnies that live in the basement were still living, I figured I was good to go. As I am writing this review, you can guess that was not the case. I contacted several plumbers who were familiar with the LG&E project. However, even knowing my gas would be shut off until the problems were corrected, no one was willing to respond today. I found Graham's Plumbing on google and immediately went to Angie's List to check out the reviews. They were all positive. I gave Sam Graham a call, explained the situation and his response was - we will get someone out to you immediately, you can't be without heat and water. He also worked around my schedule today and had a plumber out at my house four hours after LG&E gave me the bad news. Nick showed up and immediately set to work looking for my leaks. Since the furnace leak was the largest, he started there first. He found several small leaks that he could immediately repair and a larger leak that required a different service provider. He then started on the water heater that had a "small" leak. He patiently went through every joint, crease and whatever on this heater looking for the leak. He repeatedly tested and finally found the leak in the gas burner control. Since the LG&E rep had been here this morning and also thought the leak was there, I was prepared for this and had done my research and knew what I was looking at cost repair wise. After ascertaining that my water heater was 27 years old (yes that is correct), I decided the prudent thing to do would be to replace the water heater. Nick asked me if I wanted it done today. I did not know that would be an option. He gave me an estimate and called the owner who then delivered my brand new water heater. I had checked with a neighbor (who is notoriously difficult to please) who had also had a water heater installed by Graham Plumbing and he said they did a good job (for him that is excellent praise indeed). Nick got the water heater installed in a timely and very neat fashion. Of course I have to wait for the furnace to be repaired before i can test out my new heater but I am confident that it will work just fine.

We were provided with prompt, courteous service. Mr. Graham arrived on time and was very knowledgable. No problems, no hassles. I usually end up nervous when I have to have someone come to do repair work, etc., but Graham's plumbing made this a pleasant, easy experience.

Graham's plumbing is very professional, clean, punctual and their prices are more than fair. I have relied on Grahams Plumbing for years and have never been dissappointed in their service or work.

We called 4 plumbing contractors for estimates on our master bath addition. Of the 4, we received 3 estimates that were wildly different in cost and potential start schedule. Graham's Plumbing came in with the most reasonable bid. They showed up to do the work on time and performed the work in a timely manner. They cleaned up after the work was completed and met with the plumbing inspector for the final approval. Overall, we are extremely pleased with the work and we have recommended Graham's Plumbing to several other friends who have had similar experiences as ours. We are now renovating another home and will be calling Graham's again for the plumbing work.
