This company has fixed two broken pipes in our home. Both visits, the plumbers were able to get to our house quickly and repair the pipes for a reasonable price.

Prompt courteous professional service. Problems solved. Better price than others and more available. I submitted a full report at the time, several months ago.

I called Graham Plumbing because I had a bathroom sink faucet that needed to be changed. When trying to schedule, he narrowed it down to two afternoons, but could not be more specific to that, with a 30 minute call. When I said that would mean that I would have to plan to stay home all afternoon both days, he asked if I was upset. I was not at all upset but thought it was ridiculous that he could not give me at least a close appt time. I told him that that was not how I set appointments, and that I would call another plumber. He immediately called me back, saying how 'harsh' what I said was. Then while he continued saying something, in an arguing tone, I told him that he would not do the work and to not call me back. First of all, I cannot imagine not being able to schedule an appt time, even if a 2 or 3 hour range, which is normal. Second, it was like he thought I was supposed to doing him this favor, which I was not. I will never call Graham again.

GREAT. easy. Just showed up when they were supposed to and got the job done right.

He came within a hour of call and worked fast and was efficient. He provided information as to what the cause of the problem was as well and how to prevent more issues.

Arrived as scheduled. Helped me unload the closet where my crawl space entrance is. Did the work, cleaned up. Very happy-!

Arrival was punctual. The work was done in less than one hour. We have used Graham's plumbing for over 22 years and will continue to use them in the future.

I contacted the owner before 730 on or about the Monday before Easter. I had a leaking hot water heater and needed a replacement that day. . No one else could complete the work as requested, but Sam Graham arrived as we discussed and completed the work promptly and without issue. I high recommend his work. - Furthermore, Sam worked with my home warranty people to insure the work would be covered by my warranty plan. All in all a great experience when problems arose. It could have been much worse and I could have been without hot water for nearly a week.

I got 5 or 6 estimates. This occurred right after a huge cold spell, so all the plumbers around town were busy. Since I had to shut off water to the house due to a leaking/burst pipe, I wanted to get someone asap. Sam was the only one that could do the work the same week when by chance a brief warm up occurred. Furthermore, his price was great. I could tell some of the other estimates from other plumbers were basically quoted sky high because they already had all the work they needed, so what could it hurt to see if I would bite on a really high quote in a desperate situation. To his credit, Sam didn't do this. He told me he was quoting it higher than he would have in warmer weather due to the harder work in freezing conditions digging the trench. This is of course reasonable. But he didn't gouge. Another plumber was reasonable, but they couldn't do it as quickly. The work involved digging the trench to the front of the house, and busting through about 3'x 4' of sidewalk. It had to go a bit deeper to tunnel under the foundation of the house. The original galvanized plumbing was buried all the way to where it came into a cellar. This was not feasible to to, since I would have had to tear up my sidewalk all the way to the back. So we went into the crawlspace at the front of the house. I had concerns about the line freezing in the crawlspace. I think Sam was the first bid I got. He reassured me about the crawlspace being warm enough, give the strength and resilience of the plastic pex type pipe that would be used. Once all the other plumbers came up with the same game plan, this reassured me about the crawlspace route as well. Sam ended up being the best choice. The other plumbers names were some I had seen around town and saw Angies list. But I only called once that had 40 or more reviews, since it was a big job. I had him route the pipe next to the furnace air ducts, so they would be in the warmest part of the crawlspace. Everything seemed to go well. It was a two day job. Now that the weather is warmer, I will give him a call about other jobs.

Work was completed fast (within 2-3 hours).

We have been extremely pleased with the professionalism and work of Graham's Plumbing. The job was completed in a reasonable time (especially considering the crazy winter weather we've had this year) and everything came in around the estimate that we were given. We were very pleased with the experience.

During the 1st cold snap we had a pipe rupture in our ceiling. I called Graham's Plumbing based on reviews and they not only showed up earlier than expected, but worked quickly and efficiently removing the busted pipe and capping off the rest. Will definitely use them again!

They did a good job. They came out on time, diagnosed the problem because I wasn't exactly sure which pipe it was. They found it, replaced the pipe pretty quickly, faster than I expected. Their shoes were kind of muddy and they got a little mud on the floor. They should have put booties that a lot of plumbers use when they come into the house, but other than that, everything was fine.

Awesome service and flexibility. I originally had this booked earlier in the year, but had to cancel last minute due to an emergency. When I rescheduled, they were just as pleasant as the previous time. No random charges when they arrived, bill was as expected. Did a great job, didn't take too long, and the price was right as well. Definitely using them in the future.

The plumbing was done completely as it should have been. However, they put in a cheap sink and faucet. Otherwise, the work was of good quality, but I thought the price was too high.

I called early in the morning and Sam was at my home a couple of hours later. This was a clog that I had tried in many ways to clear myself but with no success. He admitted it was stubborn and finally managed to clear it. Yea!! I thought I had been so careful in not putting nasty things down the drain. But old pipes do have issues. Just make sure you have buckets and old towels available. I have used Graham plumbing before and will use them again if needed.

I have a plumber that I think is excellent. I used their service a month or two ago. I had a leak that they fixed. He was very professional and nice. He fixed my bath tub as it was leaking also and he did not charge me for it. I will definitely call them again. They were recommended to me by a friend of mine.

Sam was extremely professional and easy to work with. The plumber that came to do the work was punctual and professional. It was refreshing to find a plumber that is professional and reliable. We will use Graham's Plumbing again for any additional plumbing needs.

Mr. Graham was prompt in providing service, courteous, professional, and punctual. He and his assistant also cleaned up after themselves. And they got the job done right the first time. I will definitely use him again. In fact, I have a call into him for another job.

From the initial contact through services being performed, we found him to be very professional and were pleased with all work completed. Called on a Monday morning and three hours later the job was completed. Quick response and very professional. They clean up nicely after the job too.

Well, I was cleaning science projects out of my fridge and put numerous items down the kitchen sink disposal. Long story short, I put something down there I shouldn't have. My husband took the sink trap apart and the disposal, too. They were clear and he concluded there was a clog somewhere far down the drain that he couldn't get to. The next day (Thursday) I called around to various plumbers, leaving voicemails. The one plumber who answered the phone said he was booked up and couldn't possible get to it until Monday. Not acceptable, since doing dishes in the laundry room sink was not fun. Then, within about 20 minutes I got a call back from Sam Graham Plumbing. Sam has a team of four plumbers and he usually spends most of his time managing his crew and business but he agreed to come out. I was greatly relieved that he would show up shortly, and he did, in about 1-2 hours. First, Sam got to work replacing the frozen outside hose bib. Then he went to work on the clog that was deep down into the plumbing. After several tries with the plumber's snake and then going down into the basement to approach the clog from the other end, he was successful in clearing it. This process took quite some time. (The clog turned out to be rice noodles. Warning: Never put these down your disposal! They will morph into a gluey, sticky unmoveable mass and you will have a problem!) I was very happy with Sam's responsiveness and his true desire to be of service to me as his customer. His prices are reasonable and, I believe, he charges less for a service call than some others do. He was at my home for something less than 3 1/2 hours. I was so happy that I told Sam I would write a review on Angie's List. I am very happy to be able to support a deserving small business owner.
