Description of Work: We hired Graber Insealators to insulate our attic and rim joist. They were courteous and professional, showed up on time, and took care to clean up at the end of each day. Their office staff was also very helpful in arranging the details of the work. On the day when the insulation was actually being sprayed, in addition to the two people doing the work, our Sales representative and another person from Graber were there along with someone from the manufacturer of the spray foam. This level of attention made us feel better about the job.

Description of Work: We had insulation foam injected into our walls. It went well. It did take a total of 4 days due to weather and an issue with a batch of the foam. I do appreciate that any issues we had the owner did come out to personally check and take care of it.

+ -1 moreA risk is that because the insulation is put in under pressure, interior walls might crack at a drywall joint or plaster can crack. Although I'm told this is rare, this did happen in my home. As customer agreement stated, company did handle all repairs to my complete satisfaction. Unless you are within a few feet of the house and looking for it, its difficult to see the drill holes into the mortar. Too early to tell yet what impact will have on utility bills.
Description of Work: As home lacks any insulation in walls, contacted company to do the spray in insulation to all exterior walls in home.

+ -1 moreThe experience overall was great. I was surprised by Dave's sensitivity to losing the job given what I took for a relatively inflexible - although understandable - position. When we could not accommodate his deadline, we simply had to go another direction given his comments.
Description of Work: Dave Mikels provided an estimate for insulating the entire house. We began to move forward with him but due to problems with the plumber, we had to postpone by a week. Dave said that he would have to move to other projects if we could not get his crew in the house by Wednesday and that he could not accommodate us for the next week or so due to other jobs. We understood and told him we would make other arrangements if we could not get him into the house by Wednesday. We could not get him into the house by his appointed time and so I called and told him we were not going to be able to make his schedule, that we were taking another path and we were sorry the timing simply did not work out for either party. Dave wrote later to express disappointment that his time was not more respected.
