Description of Work: I called this company to ask for an estimate on replacement gutters. No one answered the phone, so I left a message with my name and number. That was nearly two weeks ago. I have received NO response, not even a call to say they are too busy.

Description of Work: Everyone that I had contact with was very professional and friendly. Phillip Bowman showed up 5 minutes early to investigate the cause of our leaking roof and, within about 15 minutes, had figured it out (other companies spent an hour or more to come to the same conclusion). He had taken photos and explained the issues with the current roof. He was comfortable and not pushy at all. Within two working days he had mailed us an estimate. It was on the high end of all of all estimates received (and we did not end up hiring them beacuse of that) I was very impressed with the way that Phillip handled the process. He spent more time talking to us about the roof issues and repair paocess than anyone else. On that alone I would recommend them to others.

+ 0 moreThey were timely for the job. I had some issues initially with the guards and they continued to come out to make adjustments on the drain pattern on the roof until it was right. This took about 3 months to get it right since it was hard to assess unless they were there while it was raining. I would not recommend the gutter topper product but I would use Gm Roofing Company again.
Description of Work: They installed gutter guards for all of the gutters on our home. I also had a roof leaf this past winter in January and I called the roofing company that put on the roof and also called GM. GM came out and did about 2-1/2 hours of work. They found the leak and fixed it for me for no charge.

Description of Work: The bid was excessive.. I went with a local company that's been around for 30 years, and normally does new construction. Rick Thacker Roofing did a superb job and was $2000 less expensive on a new roof.

+ -1 moreI didn't use them because someone beat them on pricing. They did everything they said they were going to do. They were actually the lowest bidder, but I didn't take the bid because the company I used, although charged me slightly more, I got a lot more. They were the lowest bid but they weren't the highest value.
Description of Work: I got an estimate form them for doing the roofing.

+ -1 moreThey were great about the estimate and they did a super job giving me a written estimate. Unfortunately, the weather and (I don't know what was going on on their side of things), it took a few phone calls to get them to come out and do the work. However, since I had called at least 5 different companies, all of whom were far less responsive to even come out and give an estimate, they were the very best!

+ -1 moreI had a problem with my roof last year. They refused to come out. They said they only keep people in their system for 3 years. I later found my contract, and at that time, it was approximately 2.5 years. I have had $1500 of repairs to the roof since that time. I did not bother calling them back or asking them to come out. I had asked them to come out but they said I wasn’t in their system. I didn’t try and pursue.
Description of Work: Labor and materials to install a new roof on my home and replace deteriorated wood as needed.

+ -1 moreThey were great. I didn’t have a problem with them at all! I was telling him about how the roof would get black. He told me about a product that you can put on that prevents this from happening, which it did for as long as I owned the house. Their cost was reasonable.

He was very professional and arranged for Phillip Bowman to meet me the next morning to give an estimate on roof repair. Mr. Bowman was prompt (beat me there), thorough, pleasant and professional. He actually told us that the roof was in good condition and would probably not require any immediate repair work. He gave us some advice related to the home and overall was very helpful. He refused to be paid for his time. Great experience!

+ -1 moreI HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST. I DEFINITELY PLAN TO USE THEM AGAIN. THE STORM DAMAGED MY ROOF TO THE POINT THAT IT HAD TO BE RE-DONE EVENTUALLY. THEY RESPONDED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I THINK THE WORK WAS FINE. THERE WERE NO LEAKS AFTER THEY WERE DONE.
Description of Work: THEY REPAIRED THE ROOF AFTER A STORM, MOST OF IT WAS WIND DAMAGE.
