I was very happy that I was able to get a $30.00 coupon that reduced their normal $90.00 cleaning rate to $60.00. The tech was very personable and efficient. This was the first time I ever received an invoice that included a checklist showing everything he had serviced which I really appreciated. Buffat is primarily known for their plumbing but I am seriously considering their annual contract service which includes checking and servicing the heating, AC and plumbing. The best thing is if you call them for any problem during the contract term you only pay 1/2 the trip charge and 10% off labor and material. Emergency calls after hours you only pay the normal trip charge and the regular rate instead of overtime. Well worth the investment.

No complaints whatsoever, they were prompt in returning my phone call, quoted me a price and showed up exactly on time. They performed the work in a timely fashion and I couldn't be happier. If I had gotten a couple more estimates, I MIGHT have saved money, but this way I was back in business before noon. Time is also money, so I am satisfied.

Alan of Buffat's came to look at the proposed work at the time he said he would, and he called me with the quotation 2 days later. I accepted the quote by phone, and we arranged for the work to be done the next week. Service men arrived on time (having called first to remind me). They completed the work within 2 hours. They answered my questions, and left everything clean and neat. The installation of the range, done by the supplier, proceeded a few days later with no problem, confirming that the gas line work was good.

When the guy installed the marine battery, he noticed that I needed a bigger float. He offered to come out at no additional charge in which I thought showed very good qualities in the company. The price was a little over rated but I think all plumbers are over rated. I like that they also have a twenty four hour service. They even come out in case of an emergency on a holiday!

Although the serviceman they sent out to service my furnace was a little young and not as knowledgeable about what he was doing as most have been in the past, he did fix and clean my furnace very well. He was clean and very courteous.

I paid a fair price for a good job. They were able to do the work on very short notice (I called at 10am and had hot water by 5:00 that evening). The plumber was on time (they called within 30 minutes to say he was on his way), courteous, and cleaned up after a messy job with a leaky heater. He replaced a broken cut-off valve and added a few feet of copper pipe to the pressure-relief valve to bring to code at no charge. Although, after he said he would not report the extra $150 worth of work, he fished for a tip.

They are very good and have been doing work for me for years. I would highly recommend them. They are not cheap, but they are good.

THEY'RE A GOOD COMPANY. WE HAVEN'T AND WOULDN'T CHANGE ANYTHING, UNLESS THEIR PRICES GOT RIDICULOUS. WE'VE BEEN UNDER CONTRACT WITH THEM FOR AT LEAST FIFTEEN YEARS. THEIR WORKERS ARE ALL NICE AND COURTEOUS.

THEY CAME AND WORKED OVERTIME TO GET THE FURNACE IN BECAUSE IT WAS COLD AT THAT TIME. THEY DID IT AS QUICKLY AS THEY COULD. THEY DID A GREAT JOB. THEY'RE VERY NICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE.

THEY DID QUITE WELL, I'D CALL THEM AGAIN. THEIR PRICE WERE CERTAINLY COMPETITIVE AND THEY'VE DONE OTHER WORK FOR ME AND I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY ARE VERY FAIR PRICE AND QUALITY WISE.

THEY WERE COURTEOUS AND THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE THERE. THEY WERE profession's AND ON TIME. I WAS A LITTLE NERVOUS WHEN THEY SAID THEY THOUGHT IT WAS WITH THE GAS HOOK UP BECAUSE I didn't WANT THEM TO BLOW UP MY HOUSE. THEY WERE ABLE TO SHUT DOWN THE GAS FLOW TO THE FURNACE AND RE-INSTALL ALL THE HOSES AND PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT AND GOT IT RUNNING AGAIN.
